Youth Nationals ‘26 ❤️🥉

P3 Speed | P10 Bouldering

Finally made it to the end of the road in youth competitions.

Going into my final year of youth, I thought I’d feel sad about it ending, but instead I feel incredibly grateful and satisfied with everything I’ve learned and accomplished.

One of the most important lessons I learned is simple: appreciate the opportunities you get to make mistakes. The pressures of competition are both a privilege and an opportunity to learn. I was my own toughest critic, and over time that mindset began to take the joy out of competing. The pressure I put on myself to perform became heavier than the excitement of climbing, and I became too focused on the results.

I’ve learned that it’s important to take the time to build friendships across the country, learn from every competition, and enjoy the youth experience before stepping into the elite series. Climbing should be fun, and so should competing.

I’d like to thank @rockcityclimbing for your endless support and guidance. Without you, I wouldn’t have found some of the best coffee shops or the confidence to believe in myself.

To my family, thank you for always being in my corner, supporting me through every practice and every competition. I couldn’t have done this without you.

A huge shoutout to @picklesclimbs_ for an incredible performance, earning a spot on Team USA at Nationals and qualifying for the World Championships in Arco! I’m so proud of you.

Finally, thank you to @oncrux_official for believing in me from my earliest youth climbing days. I’m beyond grateful that you gave me the opportunity to prove myself. Your support helped shape the athlete and person I am today, and I truly wouldn’t be here without you.

Also, huge congratulations to @madi_walsh_ 🥈& @kayleigh_borek 🥇for their amazing performances! Couldn’t have asked for a better podium!

Here’s to the next chapter. ❤️

2026 bouldering youth nationals - 6th place

After missing out the past two years, making finals in bouldering this year feels so rewarding. I had a great time and learned so much from this experience, and I’m really happy with my performance overall. I have a lot of room to grow and I’m excited for what’s to come in the years ahead! Huge thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way, especially to my coaches @_davislu , @troykoehn , and @rockcityclimbing for always believing in me and being so supportive throughout my years competing 😊

Nationals 2026😜 p.8

What a roller coaster of a season! I was back at it for ropes, and made it to semi at nationals. Back at it for bouldering as well, and made it to finals!🙃 It has been so amazing being able to compete side by side with these amazing athletes, and although this season didn’t have the outcome I expected and yearned to achieve, I still had a blast. Thank you so much to my crux community for all the support I have received this season. Thank you @innersourceperformancepsych for all the mental coaching through all the highs and lows, and thank you @coachahmedta for all the help with skill. My slab game has improved so much in this short year 😏. I am looking forward to this training season, and hope to be back next year to climb these amazing routes once more!
