POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

by the way, the party’s december 18th…

the minute i heard this song I envisioned a girl dancing on a rooftop, wearing white. it felt so vivid and real in my head…discussing concept shoots this fall with @matificaraphoto has been a highlight and this one felt like a no brainer for both of us. once i caught wind of @ellieanbardan’s lana improv videos, i knew she was our margaret :’) she self choreographed/improv’d this entire piece. I think you are so inspiring, ellie! the foundation for so much of my work revolves around lifting up young artists and giving them a platform to showcase their talents. i hope you enjoy some digicam outtakes i took of our special shoot 🤍

4 Friends, 20 Years of Friendship & A House in St. George… our husbands & kids were there too 😜

The one where we spent hours & hours puzzling & our kids became best friends too! Best trip ever!

Don’t let state lines keep you from making time, people & memories a priority. We were all sitting at dinner 3 months ago when I was in town for a short visit and we had a wild idea to get our families together for Labor Day… so we booked this trip on a whim.

That’s usually how the best experiences start anyways right?!

Can’t wait for the next adventure @xtinahildebrandt @picklez5 @staciescifres

LINE 5 annual trip... So lucky to have had these women in my life for almost 20 years. From NFL game days, auditions, promos, lots of fake eye lashes and red lips -this group is "more than meets the eye". We have travelled the world together, laughed, cried, and everything in between. Rain or shine these women SHOW UP! When people ask me what my favorite part of being an NFL cheerleader was my answer is always the same - the friendships. I will forever be grateful for these ladies! Cheers to many more memories together! Happy birthday @ashtmurphy @hey.summer.a @lindsaynrizzo @xtinahildebrandt @staciescifres @picklez5 @jillannarnold thanks @xtinahildebrandt for planning an epic trip! 💘💃🏻👑🐴🍁⭐️🍸🍹🥂🍷🎂. #girlstrip #losolivos #santaynezvalley #nflcheerleaders #reunion #birthday

Reel Feature: Layout Grid

I’m in Scottsdale with 5 of my oldest friends and I knew we needed something fun to use for a reel… the layout feature in reels makes it so easy to collaborate with others!

I sent the girls my video to remake, we dropped them in the layout 6 video grid and then shot our last video together before dinner last night.

There are some tricky hoops to jump through when using it, so I’ll share more info this week.

Have you used it yet? What are your thoughts?

I don’t back down from a dare…

Even if it means I’m motion sock the rest of the night. Safe to say I won’t be somersaulting again any time soon.

Now I dare you to try this transition!

The BEST Birthday of my LIFE 🙌🏽 Thank you Kristina, Rebecca, Tina, Stacie, Susie and Bad Bunny for EVERYTHING. Still processing the most spectacular special 4 days that took months to plan and coordinate with creativity, friendship favors, rollercoaster of emotions with loved ones, cancelled flights, lost luggage and wild special guests including a fox and tornado. We laughed non stop and I ugly cried.

I appreciate, love and adore each of you and all the Most Inspiring and Beautiful Friends, Family and Community who showered me with video messages near and far (OMG- seriously still can’t believe that video 😭), to wish me Happy Birthday.

I am humbled by your love, affection, generosity and gift of Time and Friendship.

These Stunning and Magical Women have been my Sisters ranging from 10 years ago and since birth…I am truly blessed and grateful indeed.

Cheers to Prayers + Wishes Answered. They have all come true♥️

All of you are forever etched into my heart 🙏🏽

There are moments in life you will always remember…

Friendships that you will forever treasure! These ladies right here (and those that couldn’t make this trip) have been a steady rock in my life! We started our friendship dancing on the football field and when those days were over we started a tradition that has continued for 14 years. Together we have been through marriages, job promotions, pregnancies, loss, and life wins as well. We don’t see each other every day but we always pick up right where we left off. I never had a sister so I feel blessed to have so many beautiful sister souls in my life. Cabo was a BLAST but really you could stick us anywhere and the good times would roll. Until next time! #Line5 #CGforlife #friendship

Want to know how I keep my entrepreneurial fire burning???

Time with friends… whether it’s a business retreat or a reunion of lifelong girlfriends, times like this weekend make me excited to get back to work so we can travel again.

I’d love to hear what is your favorite part of owning your own business, whether it’s a full time or part time hustle.

👉🏼👉🏼 Mine is not having to put in vacation time requests!
