Und will alles ausprobieren.

Hi, I’m Johanna — your yoga teacher during the Marmora retreat this October 🌿
I’ve been guiding retreats for years, and I can tell you this: something shifts when you step out of your everyday and into a space held with intention.

In this reel I’m sharing 3 good reasons why I believe you should give yourself this kind of experience — especially if you’re feeling the pull to slow down, reconnect and move differently.

Whether you’re coming alone or with a friend, there’s space for you here.
Let’s breathe, move, and explore — together.

🧘‍♀️ See you in Valle Maira, Oct 9–12.

Curious about what actually happens during our retreat in Marmora? 🌿
Here’s a little glimpse into the flow of these beautiful days.

We’ll start the mornings with gentle yoga, followed by movement in nature — hikes, optional bike rides, or simple mindful walks.
There will be time to slow down, rest, and just be present.

One day, we’ll even visit a local farm, learn how to milk cows, and taste cheese made right there by the local margari 🧀
Evenings are all about community: shared meals, relaxed conversations, and quiet moments under the stars.

Whether you come alone or with someone, this space is for you.
From October 9 to 12, we’ll breathe, move and reconnect — together, in the mountains of Valle Maira.
