If you told me 5 years ago that a 50 mile race would be my “long run” for the week, I would have thought you were crazy.

50 miles with 10,000 ft of elevation gain going down on Saturday, in a carefully calculated build to get back to 100 mile ultra shape!

This build is slow and steady, with the goal to handle 200 miles in the Tahoe Mountains next year.

Earlier you begin your build, the less dramatic you have to be in increasing the intensity along the way!

Who knows, maybe I’ll link up with @mattjohnson__, @mattchoi_6, @pierceshowe, @jeremymille.r, @kim.gottwald, @lastsoulultra, or anyone else throwing down some big miles and be the perfect combination of an elite trauma nurse, crew member, and pacer along the way! Consider this my application to be the safest and fastest member of your crewing team for your next big adventure!

Men, there is power when we come together and seek God first.

No masks. No titles. No pretending. Just men showing up, laying it all before Jesus, praying for one another, and becoming the husbands, fathers, brothers, and leaders God has called us to be.

God is moving in this room. Come expecting Him to move in you.

Every Wednesday | 6:00–7:30 AM | Buford, GA

If you need prayer, brotherhood, or simply a place to seek Jesus with other men, DM me. There’s room for you.

“Where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.”

Jesus gets all the glory. 🙏
