Repost: We’re so thankful for what the promise of Spring holds: warmer weather, a slow return to our collective lives, and the affirmation of love in meals and experiences shared again. Thank you to everyone who has followed on our journey. Happy Spring!

Homemade chicken liver mousse! I am a pâté lover. When @piggy.kitchen posted this recipe, I really wanted to make it. Plus you cannot believe how easy it is! Their recipe calls for duck liver, but chicken will do, and it was so good! .

Chicken liver
1 egg
1 stick of butter
Salt
White pepper
All spices
Cognac

Everything happens in a blender. If you want to learn how to make it jump into @piggy.kitchen highlights or DM me. Great for parties and holiday season! .

@piggy.kitchen outtake .
Spending a few days between the well stocked kitchen and the beautifully laid dining room table for @piggy.kitchen in Hudson Valley last week was a delight. Good people making beautiful, considered things.
