I’ve been in this room every Wednesday for almost 3 years straight. As a small town girl coming to LA to pursue dance and making my biggest dreams come true I am grateful for every experience but @trufusion_weho I truly felt like my home. I’ve rooted here longer than anywhere else thus far. I took my first soundbath/breathwork class here and became obsessed! Can’t go a month without one. I took my first spin class here and @debispinmaster was so amazing I bought cycling shoes 💕🙏🏾 I completely a 30 day yoga challenge that was genuinely transformative and discovered all of the incredible and necessary work you can do with a foam roller beyond what I was used to. Thank you to @david1williamson_ @teochapelier and @its_sandradee I’ve healed two hamstring strains and knee injury using a mix of the Rock room and Pilates classes finding safety in my body and its abilities from a vulnerable state. In the first clip I’m dancing on my mat out of excitement for class as just a member. Once beginning my teaching journey in this same room I only hoped to give others the joy, intensity, and knowledgeable movement practice that was being delivered to me. We may have a large room but I truly have seen each and every person show up for themselves for YEARS and the transformations have been incredible. Some of you believed in a stronger version of yourselves and really achieved it. I hope you continue as you find new gym homes. 🏠 Sad to be leaving this space but incredibly proud of the sweat I’ve put in and the moments shared. Thank you to every member and student who has blessed my class! Hope to see you around town ✨ LAST CLASSES: 10/21 - 6:15am TruHot Pilates & 7:30am TruHeated Mat 10/22 - 5:45pm TruHeated Mat #piinkpilates #trufusionweho #trufusion
