I Wouldn’t Have Been Able to Do It Without You, Lisa!

Where do I even start? Lisa, you have been my rock through this entire journey, and I truly wouldn’t have been able to do it without you.
From late-night planning sessions to early morning brainstorming, you were always there, making everything easier (and way more fun).

Getting ready in the hotel, hyping each other up before teaching—it was all so special. And of course, our very specific pre-teaching ritual: blasting Wicked and Dancing Crazy like our lives depended on it. Non-negotiable!

You put up with my Wicked obsession, and let’s be honest—I definitely forced you to watch it with me. But let’s admit it, you loved it (or at least pretended to).

The laughter, the chaos, the support—every moment with you made this experience unforgettable. Thank you for being by my side through it all. I couldn’t have done it without you! ❤️

Not only have you shown such dedication to the Pilates method, but you have also inspired me with your passion, commitment, and personal growth.

Beyond being amazing instructors, you are truly wonderful individuals. I have learned so much from each of you—your unique perspectives, your drive to keep improving, and the way you support each other as a community.
It has been an absolute joy to guide you on this journey, and I am already missing our time together!

I can’t even put into words how proud I am of my Kuwaiti girls for becoming certified Pilates instructors!
Seeing their passion, dedication, and genuine desire to teach proper Pilates makes me so emotional.

I won’t lie—this course is intense!

It’s not just about learning the exercises; it’s about mastering the art of teaching, which, to me, is absolutely essential. And they have done brilliantly!

After over 20 years of training instructors, I can confidently say that this group in Kuwait has truly left me speechless.
From the moment they came together, it was as though they had known each other for years – the connection was instant, despite being complete strangers.

By Day 2, they were already teaching, and while there was some anxiety and fear (which we all experience when starting something new), they pushed through with confidence that amazed me.
Watching them step into their potential and shine so early in the process was beyond inspiring.

This group has shown an unmatched level of passion, determination, and love for teaching.

Lisa, my wonderful assistant (truly couldn’t do this without her!), and I are overwhelmed by how incredible this experience has been.
