ready for this mermaid to become a mrs!👰🏼‍♀️🐚

Ju- my long distance bestie, blonde twinnie, and bride to be, celebrating your upcoming married life this past weekend was such a blast! Reuniting with you after years of FaceTime calls and text updates was the best feeling, and I couldn’t be more grateful for you and your friendship. Happy Bachelorette, sista! You mean the absolute world to me💖

6 IBP girlies + one VERY sore arm/back connection 💪🏼✨

Yesterday, six of our IBP team members had the opportunity to be students again at a continuing education workshop with Lesley Logan of OPC, hosted by Frances at Centro Pilates — all about the arm/back connection.

Learned SO much. Backs are officially sore. Hearts are very full. 🤍

One of my favorite parts of leading this team is creating a culture where we never stop learning. The best teachers stay students — continuing to deepen our own practice, challenge what we know, and bring that knowledge back to our clients.

And beyond the education, I love being part of a Tucson Pilates community that chooses collaboration over competition. There is room for all of us, and keeping this community welcoming, supportive, and warm will always be the goal. 🫶🏼

Huge shoutout to Frances for hosting us and to Lesley for sharing your knowledge (and absolutely lighting up our backs 😂🔥).

Forever students. Forever learning. Forever Pilates girlies. 💅🏼

Nothing makes me happier than being surrounded by people who want to learn, grow, and share that growth with each other. 🥰

Thank you @opc.pilates and @lesley.logan for a super fun workshop and @centropilatesstudio for hosting! 🙌🏼

JUST KIDDING 😂 We may have tricked our instructors with these answers…

No we’re not becoming ninja warriors when someone says Pilates isn’t a real workout.. and no seduction is not part of our intro offer 😂

We’ll just invite you to the studio and let the shakes, sweats, and “wait… this is actually hard” moment do the convincing 😘

We know what In Balance Pilates means to us… but we want to hear it from YOU. 🫶✨

Our community is strong, supportive, fun, a little spicy 🌶️ and truly what makes IBP feel like IBP.
