We taught this flow from @acroyogareality at @kinectionarts last night. This was @acro.cota & @wendywellness trying it for the first time to test it out for class! We love it so much! Which part was your favorite?

We love @kinectionarts theme song too!

Grateful the rain didn’t stop all from coming out as this flow deserved an audience! #acroyoga

Next week is a flow we created! Hope to see you!

This space was created with intention …a place to move, create, reconnect, and awaken new possibilities within yourself. A sanctuary for joy, laughter, peace, healing, and self-discovery. A reminder that growth can be beautiful, playful, and yes… a little Woo Woo. ✨ ❤️🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏽‍♂️ #woowoolab #yoga #photography #community #art

I said ‘let’s film a little Pilates content’ — she heard ‘let’s make a Vogue cover shoot’ 😎📸” But you can't deny...she is quite GLAMOROUS 💅💃

✨ Tried something new! ✨
I’ve been taking private Pilates sessions at Pilates on 4th with Brittany, and it has been such a great experience.

What I love most is how Brittany personalizes every session—she works with ALL ages, accommodates past injuries, and helps you focus on whatever your goals are: mobility, flexibility, strength, or toning.

For me, Pilates has been the perfect balance of stretching and toning—a way to recharge, loosen up tight muscles, and still feel strong after each session. 🙌

If you’ve ever thought about trying Pilates, this is your sign! Brittany makes it safe, approachable, and fun. Get your first private session FREE when you sign up! 💪✨

✨Here’s a few snapshots from our last Poses for Pictures class at Kinection Arts! 📸✨

Rumor has it… people want another one 👀
If that’s true, drop a comment, hit like, and share this post so I know you’re in!
👉 Tag your acro buddy (or someone who needs to try this) so they don’t miss the next one!

The more love this gets, the sooner I’ll start planning the date 🙌

I had so much fun at class at @kinectionarts last night! @pilateson4th based this so strongly and smoothly and I felt super comfortable going into free star almost immediately. Thank you @thefreckledflyer for a great class!

Did you know? 🤸‍♀️✨
Before & after an AcroYoga class, you can use the space at @kinectionarts as part of your class pass or membership! 🧘‍♂️💫

After our Wednesday night Level One class, a few of us stayed to jam and worked on Ninja Star together. It was such a great moment to connect, play, and grow with others.

Acro yoga might become easy, but syncing up and flowing together is a real challenge—one we LOVE to embrace. 💪💞

Come join the fun! Level One classes are FREE at @kinectionarts.
Let’s fly 🙌
