Ten people can tell you. Your body still says no. 🔑 10 lines on knowing vs. doing, from the Buddha to Laozi and Epictetus. Photos: Mysore class at AYBKK, 13 Oct. Knowing lives in your head. Doing lives on the mat, one morning at a time. What did a teacher tell you 100 times before it finally clicked? 👇 Aybkk.net #aybkk #ashtanga #ashtangabangkok #boonchutanti

Not all Pilates classes are created equal. When it comes to the reformer, form is everything and that comes down entirely to your instructor. We’ve carefully selected BKK’s top Pilates studios as official Maison Nabi partners. Not only do they feature world-class instructors certified by top global institutes, but you can also shop your favorite Nabi essentials right in the studio before you sweat. FYI they are all close to BTS/MRT stations!
