That moment when a group class turns into a private on the reformer ✨

We slowed it down, cleaned up form, and really got into the good stuff.

This is what I love about small-group Pilates — you still get that personal eye on your practice.

Thank you to my client Bill for allowing the studio to video him 🙏

Calisthenics is more than exercise—it is the art of learning how to control, strengthen and move your own body. 💪

Through bodyweight training, you improve strength, balance, coordination, mobility and body awareness while developing focus, discipline and confidence. It challenges both the body and the mind, and the skills you gain can positively impact every activity you do. Calisthenics is truly training for life!

We are so fortunate to have Coach Gene sharing his knowledge and experience with our Movement Zone Aerial Academy community every Saturday.

✨ Calisthenics for Kids: 10:30 AM
✨ Calisthenics for Adults: 11:30 AM

All levels are welcome! Send us a DM to reserve your class and discover everything your body is capable of.

A brave group of people joined us to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of @pilateszonemiami in a transforming Wim Hof Method Workshop.

The cold plunge is pure JOY
Pure aliveness. Pure transformation.
The cold strips you down, not just physically, but mentally. It forces you to surrender and let go of resistance, to embrace what IS.
And when you do, something incredible happens.
The body wakes up.
The mind sharpens.
The heart opens ❤️
And suddenly, what once seemed impossible, becomes your new normal.
This is more than just cold exposure.
It's a return to your TRUE POWER.
A reminder that you are capable of so much more than you think 🌟

ALL THE LOVE ❤️
ALL THE POWER

A busy and productive Islander on the Island week.

From a lively @dominos.for.education event to meetings for the 2026 Island Life magazine, a joint venture with the @keybiscaynechamber, it was a week full of community, collaboration and connection.

Add in open houses showcasing true Island living and some of the Island’s most successful Realtors, a @rotaryclubofkeybiscayne meeting prepping for the 10th annual @flyinghighforhaiti gala, and learning about the impactful work of the @soymasfoundation… all fueled by plenty of Tastecitos along the way!
