I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…

I 👏🏾 manifested 👏🏾 these 👏🏾 friendships

I’m so grateful for God’s perfect timing and for the women He placed in my life.

Here’s to another trip around the sun and another year of continuing to be the badass woman that I am. ✨

Believe it or not, we all started with a band or 2 🫣😅Consistency is the key to becoming stronger 💪🏼

This Mesocycle we are focused on Max Rep Pull Ups
Whether that is with a band or not, make sure we are pushing our selves…and our friends… to become stronger every week 👏🏼👏🏼

POV: Regina George is running camp today… and somehow we all keep coming back for more 🔥😅

We may complain the whole workout, question our life choices for 45 minutes, and swear we’re never coming back… but somehow we’re signing up for the next camp before we even leave. 🤭💪

Come see why we willingly sign up for this kind of “torture.” We promise it’s way more fun than it looks, and the community is even better. ❤️✨ We saved you a spot!

Come grab it while it’s only $29 for 2 weeks
