One of our lovely group members @serenesagewrites inspired this poem after being clonked in the head by her beautiful horse! We decided to try composing a Pregunta together (@poeticduets ) by writing a question or two each about our animals and then choosing someone else’s question to answer! I made it extra tricky by making everyone write in blank verse 😂

I couldn’t resist corralling some of the PA to write another sonnet for Sonnet Sunday! We chose to write a Miltonic one as we had all been expressing our love for his work yesterday.

Hope. This piece is about a new world born out of hope. We are the ones, who can bring the change to the world and make it a better place to live.

I would like to dedicate this piece to a few great souls who feel and write about peace and hope.

First and foremost, my dear friend Sam, @pingstonepoems who inspired me to write this piece. I know you’re emotionally exhausted at the moment, taking a break, hope you read this after you return soon 😊

Seven person collab* 💜 this months topic: What it means to be a bit wonky.

So many of us struggle, whether that be with depression, anxiety, adhd, autism, or a plethora of other things. We wanted to each write a poem about what that means for us and how we exist in this world.
