Grief has changed my voice not my heart
If you’re able

Testimony of one of my favorite artist a friend and a patient. ..after my osteopathic appointment with the amazing
Mariana Lugo OSTEOPATHY (I have to big up this woman, she saved my wrists from surgery, my back is way better and no sciatic nerve reoccurrence.... now we going to focus on my knees.
I’m the kind of person that if I have such an amazing experience I will tell the world, cause that’s how I roll.

No I am not a promoter.... so people asking me to promote something I’ve never tried, sorry, not sorry I will not compromise my Integrity.
I feel so good after my visits and I want to sleep a deep restorative sleep.... an Epson bath... but tonight I am beyond inspired

My studio is all cleaned up and I feel an urge to throw literally throw paint no agenda... just flow to the music selection of tonight.
Rest...I hear my logical mind...but my artistic muse has a mind if it’s own, the question is

Who’s gonna win?

¸.•*💙 I recently sat listening to some songs a friend sang for me a few years ago and reverently reflected about the beauty, grace and sacredness with which we touch and impact each others lives… how we gift and bless one another at a specific juncture in time… Connecting and melding with another at soul and spirit level is so profound and something to be cherished... ¸.•*💙
