life update ✐ᝰ. Recently made this little painting and sent it off to a dear friend 💛🍋 thank goodness I got it done before things got too swamped over here. A little update : the studio is “done”, but still got some cluttered and little things to clear up, but it is functional now. Between the studio set up and some project deadlines, my schedule has been “a little packed” these days like - what even is bedtime? #startuplife

Had the pleasure to get into more graphics work and it’s been a lot of fun - especially especially when the clients ask for faith based concepts. Photo is from our once-in-a-lifetime camping trip coincided with the aurora borealis in May 2024. Finally edited it today - almost two years later - and i just LOVE how this image turned out. © 2026 PISTACHIO PLAYGROUND. All rights reserved. #faithbasedapparel #thegreatestcommandment #Jesusislove

💖 When I’m not watering possums, I’m actually a fashion designer building my dream kid’s clothing brand @by.pistache. Thanks for being here and let’s be friends! ✨ I watered right on top of a family of possums hiding in my garden 😭 the young mommy got scared and ran away with just one of her babies on her back, the other babies started crying for her, huddle inside a big planter behind my soil bags. It took a little bit to get to them but all 5 of them are now reunited with the mommy 🥹 I’m leaving them alone now and hope she takes her babies elsewhere safer later. If you have any tips on how we can encourage her to move please drop a comment below, it’d be much appreciated 🙇‍♀️ Possums are actually very clean and are known for eating ticks, and they generally won’t attack humans and rather play dead when startled. So next time you see one just smile and leave it alone, they are generally very cute and gentle animals 💖 #babypossum #oppossum #possumsofinstagram

[Save this for your business] Making a custom stamp to brand my e-comm paper bags for @by.pistache might be the best decision yet - it took a total of maybe 15mins to carve the stamp, and literally seconds to brand a stack of bags. I’ve done the research so you don’t have to - here’s exactly what you’ll need to make your own: - paper clothing bags, I got mine from @ecoenclose - fast drying solvent ink stamp (Tsukineko Staz-on is great for smooth surfaces like these) and you’re going to want to get the stamp cleaner too! - diy rubber stamp kit, there are plenty of affordable options at craft stores and online, I just got one with three basic carving knives and a handful of blanks. I highly recommend getting the ones you can peel off the excess, it was a great time saver! Step by step : 1. print out the design you want and lay on top of the rubber blank 2. with the pointy knife, lightly carve the outline once, the goal is just to carve through the paper and leave a visible cutline on the rubber underneath. 3. take off the paper and under some bright light, carefully follow the first cut down to at least 1/8” or as deep as the peel off layer is. 4. (if you’re using the peelable stamps) cut the excess into sections and carefully remove them. taking extra care to not pull off little details you’d like to keep in your final stamp. 5. clean up your design with the c-shape knife or the same pointy knife and you’re done! 6. stamp away and be sure to clean your stamp when you’re done. 7. Congratulations! 🎉 You just saved so much time and money having to pay and wait for a custom stamp to arrive. We’re getting so close to our pre-launch, follow @by.pistache for more updates and behind-the-scenes content like this !❣️ #girlsclothing #businesstip #brandingstrategy
