POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

In this workshop, participants learn and sing protection icaros, medicine songs traditionally used to support and protect the energetic space.

Protection is especially important during a master plant dieta, a time when we may become more open and sensitive as we deepen our connection with ourselves, the plant and the process.

Learning these icaros is also a way of connecting with the tradition, the medicine, and the power of our own voice. 🤎🌿

THIS IS WHAT A DAY AT A2J FEELS LIKE.

It starts slowly…
a drink in your hand, the terrace alive, conversations flowing.

Then something shifts.

The music pulls you in.
The room gets closer.
Strangers become familiar.
And before you realise… you’re part of it.

Not planned.
Not forced.
Just happening.

What a blessing to sit and reflect upon some of the women who have touched my life over the past year.

May all of those who have helped shape me receive my prayer 🤍

My heart is more compassionate
My voice speaks more truth,
I sing songs with with more ease,
I dance more freely,
because of you, dearest woman,
inspiring me to remember the true essence of who I am.

I now begin to return,
To a place of safety,
In myself and with both the sweet and wild sisterhood.

I see my old stories and doubts,
The hurts caused by the pains of other women.
But through your love and presence,
I let myself believe
In new ways.
I feel tenderness where I once felt fear.
My sense of trust in myself and sisterhood,
Nurtured day by day,
Allowing me to reflect back the sacredness of which you are.

I would not be where I am without you.
I would not be the woman I am without you.
I would not be of service to others without you.

So thank you, for every lesson and blessing.
For all of the circles, for all of the songs, for every heart felt share.
Each tear, each hug, each laugh, every howl to the moon.

May we continue to grow, to rise together.

I love you, I love me.

At first she appears as a woman, a portal within nature. Rooted in the earth, reaching into the sky.

Something new is being planted.
Something is growing.

The same being.
A different moment.

Becoming and beginning
at the same time.

Here comes the new born baby 🤍🤗

As the early bird for Egypt comes to an end, I’m feeling deep gratitude.

This retreat is about reconnecting — with water, with the body, with something timeless - a deep remembering of ancient codes.

Inner and outer waters, in balance with mother nature.

In deep gratitude to the creation of the kingdom of Atlantis 👑❤️

On the lands I walk, I open my heart alongside women who meet me in truth, each of us arriving just as we are.

Together, we remember the power of sharing. The power of openness. The quiet strength of vulnerability.

When stories are shared and witnessed, they become a vessel that holds us...

Sometimes another woman’s story becomes a mirror.
Her questions awaken mine. Her strength calls forth my strength. Her courage invites my own to rise

This is why, when women gather, we remember our medicine

🤍

Bu nedenle su terapisi, bedene yalnızca gevşeme değil;
