Motivational Monday

Persistency is key.

I know what I bring to the table not just as a trainer or a woman but as an innovator in this space of body positive fitness and an entrepreneur at heart. I continually strive to do different and fun things to welcome people into the fitness space.

I strive to let women and men know that you can be whatever you want, you do not have to fit into some box. I have never “fit in” and that’s okay.

MoveFit is a time to celebrate all bodies and feel good just moving and having fun.
