I didn’t have all the ingredients I wanted to add, so I made it simple. No cashew cheeze. No cashew ricotta. Just pasta, sauce, and yummy flavor.

Repair + Reduce Inflammation

A mineral-rich recovery blend crafted to calm inflammation, replenish electrolytes naturally, and support whole-body restoration.

Juice Recipe:
1/2 large cucumber
3 celery stalks
2 green apples
1 handful spinach
1 handful parsley
½ lemon (peeled)
1 inch fresh turmeric

1 tbsp chia seeds (let soak 10 minutes before adding to juice to help your body absorb omega-3s, fiber, and minerals better

Rich in nutrient antioxidant, Vitamin C

It’s Week 3 of my fitness challenge and have been making lots of tasty juices. I wanted to give my body an extra immune system boost. This is one of the juices that I added to my meal prep because it is one of my favorite juice recipes that I’ve created.

🌱Juice Recipe 🌱

3 celery stalks
2 Golden Delicious Apples, cut into wedges
2 peeled Oranges (do not remove pith)
2 cups Kale
2/3 cup Parsley
1/2 peeled Lime (do not remove pith)
1 to 2 inch piece of ginger (optional)

Welcome to the Antigua fruits and vegetables edition: Part 1. This list is just a small sample of the many varieties you can find in Antigua. One of the things from my childhood that I’ve come to cherish as I’ve grown older is eating fresh and delicious fruits straight from my backyard—no purchase necessary. We had numerous fruit trees, and picking fresh fruits with my siblings and cousins during the season is one of my favourite memories. I remember my grandmother spending hours caring for the fruits and vegetables in her garden. You could always find her in the garden at 5 a.m. This is dedicated to my grandparents outta country 😀 Liberta represent 🙌🏾

Finger Rose (bananas): rich in antioxidants, which help reduce inflammation and boost immunity. They are also an excellent source of potassium, which supports heart health by helping to regulate blood pressure.
