私のフリーポーズの曲は、Aerosmithの「I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing」。

🌎 This is my Armageddon.

🌱 For the animals.
🌎 For the planet.
🕊️ For world peace.
❤️ For all life.

Huge Masters debut from vegan powerlifter Nick Squires!

317.5 kg squat (State + National record, above the world record), first 400 lb bench, 300 kg deadlift and a stack of
new California State records — all in drug‑tested lifting.

Nick’s been vegan since 2014 and keeps proving what plant‑powered strength looks like.

Two little vegan ladies walk in to a max one rep bench press in a CrossFit competition… only one team beat us, and they were two dudes 😜.

Just two plant-powered girls representing Vegan Strong Team x PlantBuilt and reminding everyone that plants have all the protein you need. 🌱💚

Another milestone checked off.

The last RDL I posted was roughly 7 weeks ago, and I've only touched this movement once since then (I think I was conservative and worked with 335).

The main reason simply wanting to be safe closer to show. I was still hinging, just with good mornings and back extensions.

Missed this one, so excited to get some good momentum going again.

Not the cleanest execution but passable. I'll stay here until I can get 9 or 10, and then we will attempt a 4 plate set. Rerack was a bit sus 🤣

I need to continue to hammer away at these to develop the density needed in my back to not just be in the mix but competitive.

Country fueled sessions all offseason.

Let's get it.

30 minutes. Cables only. No excuses.

You don’t need 10 different exercises or 2 hours in the gym to grow your chest. You need quality sets, proper execution, and progressive overload.

Train with purpose. Earned Not Given.

10 days out of the biggest natural powerlifting event this year 🏋‍♀️

2nd biggest I've ever done (after USAPL RAW USA Nationals 2021) in my life

Im tired of prep but super excited! Dm me for the livestream link closer to the event - there should be one, ill share once I have it.

Thanks for all the support to those who have sent cocoutagement ❤️ and fuck the haters & fake friends who pretend they care but turn away when you need them most.

It's tough being a new mom, caregiver, breadwinner and train hard at the same time. I dont post about prep much trying to spend more time off screen & recovering when possible

Stay safe, lift heavy 💪

The end of this summer marked my 10th year as a vegan. 10 years of growing stronger physically, mentally, and spiritually 💪

For those who say, “I could never go vegan,” I once uttered those same words. I even wrote a (poorly researched) senior essay in high school advocating against plant-based diets.

One of the highest forms of intelligence is the ability to change one’s mind when presented with new information

People tend to overcomplicate veganism, but it’s remarkably simple: if you don’t have to exploit animals, why would you?

Almost 7 years ago I did my first Open. I was struggling through movements I’d learned that same month and barely got 115 up for the lifting complex.

Now 155 shows up in workouts for clean and jerks. Like that’s normal.
