@phancybodega is truly one of my favourite sandwich shops in Toronto. While their regular menu is already a 10/10, I’m here to let you know about a special that is going to knock your socks off. If you’ve ever wondered what happens when a grilled cheese meets a meatloaf and crosses paths with a Big Mac, you no longer have to. The Meatloaf Big Mac Grilled Cheese will be available again from January 23 to 27. Run, don’t walk! 🤤 🍔 Meatloaf Big Mac Grilled Cheese • house-made beef meatloaf topped with meatloaf glaze, dill pickles, American cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, special sauce, and iceberg lettuce on a butter-toasted Pullman loaf Find Phancy’s Bodega at 2473 Dundas St. West 📍 Tag a friend who needs to try this special sandwich in the comments below! ⬇️ | 📸 @burgersto #burgersTO Phancy’s Bodega Toronto

“Okay… this is one of those why does this make so much sense sandwiches. Grilled cheese, but fully unhinged. It starts with lime mayo on perfectly toasted bread. Then adobo-braised pork — rich, juicy, not holding back. Handfuls of mozzarella go in, everything hits the oven, and it comes out glued together in the best way. Then onions. Cilantro. And yes — a cup of consommé on the side, because dipping is non-negotiable. Heads up: this Quesabirria Grilled Cheese is only around until January 22. Miss it and you’re gonna hear about it later. If you’re into messy, dunkable sandwiches… you’ll find it at @phancybodega
