POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We hit 1k followers on instagram!! Thank you to everyone who's been following along 🥹🎉 We wanted to highlight some people from the board game community who have really helped us out over the years.
Ryan at @gravyboat_games has been the most generous with his time and advice, an absolute legend.
Members of @vancouverplaytest for playtesting the game so much and having such great suggestions!
Same with @terminalcitycon (thanks especially to @play_with_mark, @eleemrtompson & @lucianamarx) and @protocon_bc - we would never have been able to get Deli Dash in front of so many people without going to these conventions. (Protocon is coming up in Nov!)
Jay at @offthepagegames for talking with me one on one but also having an amazing library of YouTube videos! (The Seekers is coming to Kickstarter very soon 😊)
@pamwallsgamedesign, you had the idea for our Pantry 😁 but all your YouTube videos are so amazingly helpful for designers!
@fellowsheep.games (check out their game Nein 🐕‍🦺🐑), @fuzzygamesinc (they're making a Backrooms-themed game! 🚪) and @msmgameworks (print-and-play kickstarter out now 🌾) for being constant supporters here on instagram 😊

Cutting out fresh 3’x4’ sheets of gorgeous French Arches paper on the floor of my little studio. I’ve had to find creative ways to move my Big Boy drawings so I can re-use their drawing boards. Don’t look under my couches please. #smallstudiobigideas

Better late than never, celebrating the delightful @pink_meeple 2 year instaversary, who in her own words "Has a really good taste in games" 😜

Having spoken to Alex a few times we properly met at #UKGE last year and I now have a friend for life, which in fact is how Alex wants to celebrate with games we want to play with our Instagram friends.

For this I have chosen Joyride: Survival of the Fastest, kindly sent to me by @asmodeeuk

I love playing this game, especially when I get to collide, blow up and destroy my opponents (I mean friends) cars.

Here's to many more, instaversarys and Instagram friends 🥂

Happy 2nd instaversary, @pink_meeple!
Today, Alex over at @pink_meeple is celebrating her 2nd year of being on this little, nerdy neck of the online woods.
Alex wanted to celebrate our board game community here on instagram, with the headline “instafriends”. So, to celebrate, she asked us all to take a picture of a game that we want to play with our Instafriends.

I chose Obsession for two reasons. 1: It’s one of my new favorite games. And B: because I think that an evening of dressing up, talking posh and playing Obsession could be the perfect way to meet some of these lovely people that I have only met virtually so far. They’re tagged in the pictures, by the way.

Once again, happy instaversary, Alex! We’re all lucky to have you in our feeds.

And it’s another #boardgamefaceoff with @play_with_mark 🙌🏼 and this week’s theme is “light colors,” so I chose one that kind of has some pastel color schemes and that is Gloom of Kilforth by @hallornothinggames 👌🏼

You can see the gorgeous art on the cards and how it captures the gloom of the Kilforth world but using light colors, contrasting with the dark shadows. I thought that this game makes it unique for this theme!

My friend Markus chose such a fun game, Honey Buzz. The yellow pieces just fit well for the light color theme for the week! So, which game will you vote for?!

Make sure to vote on my story!!! Which will it be?!

For January, I have a goal to participate a little more in the BG Community here… so here’s my first #boardgamefaceoff with @play_with_mark !!! 🤗

For our first week’s theme, we chose board games with a dark color scheme and I chose The Night Cage by @smirkanddagger! Thought the dark board fit perfectly with the challenge and it captures the theme of the game SO well. Have you escaped The Night Cage?! 😱

Remember to vote on the poll from his story, @play_with_mark! He chose Caper Europe for his! Which would you vote for?! 👀

The one that is relevant to Instagram is my friend @han_playsgames
To celebrate she compiled pictures sent into her from several other friends of games we would bring to her birthday party!

Happiest of birthday and congrats on the impressive growth and development of your page! I wish you 1000s more followers and continued success!!!
Please take a moment and look at all these amazing creators as well to see more great boardgames! And gaming content!
