Some days it’s a small fix that someone’s been meaning to get done for months. Other days it’s a full remodel that takes weeks of planning and a whole lot of moving parts. 😅🛠️ Big or small, we approach every project the same way. We listen, take care of your home like it’s our own, and make sure the job gets done right. Even the little things deserve to be done well! Here’s a little look at what we can do for you at CMB Here to Help 🖤🧰

business owners overthink content. so do a lot of people trying to break into creating content for businesses. everyone’s looking for the setup, the concept, the “right” way to capture something. when in reality, most of the time you just need somebody to actually show up and capture what’s already there. this client doesn’t run paid ads. no extravagant campaigns, no big productions.... and we don’t see that as a limitation. it’s actually the approach we’ve taken for their entire brand & it’s worked very well. a lot of their business comes from referrals / word of mouth, w/ the first thing people mention when researching is their social media… & how personable, family oriented, & hard working they come across. that’s not by accident! disclaimer: a full month of content may take more than just a 10 minute shoot (we may do a couple visits) but the concept holds true either way. just capture what’s happening. show the work being done. 👏🏽

It’s the parts you DON’T see that sometimes make the biggest difference! 👌 Exterior job or kitchen/bathroom remodel… doesn’t matter. The prep, tear-off, and cleanup are the unglamorous side that MAKES the pretty stuff actually last 🧰🖤🏡 CMB Here to Help | Fort Wayne, IN

The part nobody posts: for every hour of “creating” there’s about 3 more at a desk. Tweaking Invoices, changing up campaigns, shot lists, client emails… rescheduling the reschedule. Doesn’t matter if it’s a full setup or an iPhone in a random snack aisle - the gear is never the hard part! The system that keeps it moving tho… is. Making something from scratch is always the fun part. That’s why I got into in the first place. But honestly.. it isn’t even 10% of the day-to-day at this point. The admin work is why the shoot even happens at all.

Small warning signs around your bathroom can turn into bigger problems if they’re ignored for too long! That’s why it’s important to check around sinks, grout, toilets, and the hard-to-reach spots that most people overlook. 👌

One of the things we do before any project gets started, is walk through the design choices with the client 🏠📐 Courtney breaks down how we handle that process and why it matters 👌 Getting on the same page early makes everything smoother ✅

Somewhere along the way, business owners were told they also needed to become content creators. But we don’t expect the owner to cook every meal… We don’t expect them to serve every table or pour every drink. Yet somehow, we expect them to document it all 🤔 (+ edit it, write captions, understand algorithms, and post consistently) That’s not a social media problem. That’s a capacity problem & it needs to be talked about more!

Walk the rest of this one with us! What started as a basement with real flood damage is now a space the homeowners are genuinely proud of. 🏠 This one had layers: we extracted the water, cut everything out, and pulled the paneling off the foundation walls where mold had started taking hold. Sealed it all up the right way, then rebuilt from there — new paneling, fresh pad and carpet, baseboard, the works. The stuff you don’t see ✔️ the prep, the sealing, catching that mold before it spread… exactly what makes the finished space last. That’s the CMB way: steady, careful, and here to help every step of the way. 💪 #cmbheretohelp
