The Disco party was a vibe!!! We had so much fun!!! Music just brings people together. Some of these people we have never met before, but we all just came together to have a good time! Work and life can get so hectic at times, it’s great to be able to just let loose and enjoy being around other great people in your industry. @behindthechair_com @oneshothairawards @thebtcshow you guys threw a party to remember!!!

My heart is so full… what an incredible weekend!!! ✨️🤍

I had SO much fun! I came to learn, soak up the energy, and enjoy every moment! I loved reconnecting with old friends, making new ones, and simply being surrounded by so many incredibly talented and inspiring people. 🥹✨

This weekend was exactly what I needed. I’m leaving with a full heart, so much inspiration, and feeling more energized than ever. 🤍✨

My Absolute favorite part of going to the BTC Show is
Meeting people. Those that know, know that I am a mingler. I will walk off in pursuit of whatever is moving me. And I may not come back. But that is how I meet so many people. You all inspire me personally. We have shared moments and laughter. Which feeds our souls.

Originally I was not going to record anything from this weekend. You know, actually Live in the moments. Consider this a small batch release from the weekend.

Sometimes you don’t need a big crowd.
You just need the right people🤍

Today we walked 6 miles—but somehow, it felt like we carried a little less by the end.

We carpooled.
We walked.
We disconnected from the noise.
We reflected.
We shared affirmations.
We laughed.
We connected.
And we even ended the morning grabbing breakfast together at a local food truck 🥹❤️

This walk was created in honor of my Dad on his heavenly birthday🪽🎈, but it became so much bigger than that.

We walked for the people we miss.
For the people we carry.
For the things we’re healing from.
For the weight we don’t always know how to put down.

And most importantly, we reminded each other:

You don’t have to walk alone!

My heart is FULL🙏🏽

Thank you to the beautiful souls who showed up and trusted me with this space.
Thank you for the conversations, the vulnerability, the laughter, and the genuine connection🫶🏽

Today was purpose in motion.
We walked together. We healed together. We rose together🌿❤️
