🚨 NO MORE “CONTACT AGENT”

Big changes are coming to NSW property advertising.

Under the new Fair Trading rules, residential properties will need to display a price or price guide — including auction campaigns, expressions of interest and online advertising.

For buyers, this is a game changer.

✅ More transparency
✅ Less wasted time
✅ Clearer price expectations
✅ Greater accountability around underquoting

And the penalties are getting serious — up to $110,000 or three times the agent’s commission, whichever is greater.

For years, buyers have been frustrated by hidden pricing and unrealistic guides.

That is about to change.

More transparency. Better information. Smarter buying.

From finding her dream home to saying YES to forever, right in front of the SOLD sign! 🤍

Last week, one of Amanda’s beautiful clients got engaged outside the home she helped her secure in the stunning, palm-lined streets of Penshurst.

At HighSpec Properties, it’s about more than finding the perfect property. It’s about building genuine relationships, understanding your vision and finding a place where life’s biggest moments can unfold.

Because a great buyer’s agent doesn’t just find you a home. They become part of your story.

Congratulations to the beautiful couple! 🥂

Buying property isn’t just about finding a home you like.

It’s knowing what to buy, what not to touch, what it’s really worth, how hard to negotiate — and when to walk away.

That’s where a buyer’s agent comes in.

At Highspec Properties, our team works solely for the buyer, helping you navigate the entire process from property search and due diligence through to negotiation, auction strategy and securing the right property.

Whether you’re buying your first home, upgrading, investing or purchasing interstate, having the right people in your corner can save you time, reduce the guesswork and help you make a much smarter property decision.

Meet the team behind Highspec Properties.

Your search. Your strategy. Your advantage.

OFF-MARKET | KIRRIBILLI

A progress inspection of one of Sydney Harbour’s most extraordinary new developments — 7 exclusive full-floor residences in the heart of Kirribilli, due for completion this October.

This exceptional development is not currently on the market. Through Highspec’s relationship with the developer, we have the opportunity to privately introduce our nominated clients before the residences are released to the broader market.

Each residence occupies an entire floor, with 3 bedrooms, luxury ensuites, generous study, private garaging, concierge service and breathtaking views across Sydney Harbour, the Opera House and Harbour Bridge.

And then there is The Campbell Penthouse — a truly one-of-one residence spanning Levels 8 & 9, with a rooftop pool and spa, sauna, outdoor kitchen, bespoke wine cellar and an extraordinary two-storey void featuring a Lee Broom light sculpture.

Seven residences. One remarkable address. An opportunity that cannot be replicated.

For confidential information or a private introduction, contact Highspec Properties.

Consider it bought.

If you’re looking for P&O apartment design, this is the kind of property you wait for.

Set within the iconic Wyldefel Gardens, 15/8A Wylde Street is a rare example of Sydney’s Art Moderne/P&O architecture — curved forms, steel-framed windows, soaring ceilings and Black Japan floors, all balanced by a beautifully considered renovation.

House-like proportions, a private garden setting and an atmosphere that feels completely removed from the middle of Potts Point.
