Can’t miss Bossam (보쌈) after making kimchi. Look at how she enjoys the food properly, just like Koreans do!

She also showed me her Instagram Search suggestions. A lot of male actors. I was so happy to see her enjoying life. She looked so happy and young.

Gratitude. Very easy to say, not always easy in daily practise. As I look back on the last twelve months I can see areas of my life that have grown as well as areas that need attention and love. Crucially I am at a happier, more content place, then I have been for a long time and I am grateful for that. I am also extra grateful for the following people for coming into my life this year and changing it for the better whether it’s due to your inspirational Instagram posts, if we met in person and have a lovely connection over tea and cake or developed friendship this year. Thank you, you rock 💜 #gratitude #love #thankyou #2018

Repost from @nikkileighscott - “Why do we give so much energy to holding ourselves back? Be in the fuck it! In the mess of it! As Marianne Williamson said ‘who are you not to be gorgeous and powerful!’” - @anthonymeindl does it again. Such a beautiful intense weekend full of breakthroughs and realisations, mic drops and truth bombs. AMAW rocks!!! #AMAW #london #tribe #love #truth #humanity #story #sharing #connecting #hugs #tears #laughter #beauty

This young theatre comany was born last year from a group of AMAW London students who wanted to perform their own scripts using Anthony Meindl's method.
They preformed at The Park Theatre last week.

Their work examines a universal language that is accessable to all. Love.
