Good dives, good vibes, and even better company! 🤿💙🌊

A little throwback to our Racha & Phi Phi Freediving Trip!

Days filled with beautiful underwater moments, lots of laughter, new friendships, and of course… plenty of diving! 🐬✨

This is what we love about our trips. It’s not just about exploring the ocean, but also sharing the experience with people who love freediving as much as we do!

Already missing these moments and can‘t wait for the next adventure together! 🫶🏻

A little reminder that sometimes the best thing you can do is slow down. 🌙

A look back at DEEP SLEEP RESET
An evening of breathwork, Heat, Cold & Deep Rest at Rechill Thonglor.

We breathed. We released. We switched off.
And for a few hours, everything got a little quieter. ☁️

Thank you Ploy Scott for guiding us through the experience, and everyone who came to breathe, reset & rest with us. 🤍

Until the next REset. 🐧

------------------------------------------

How much weight do you actually need to sink? 👀⚫️
There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Your ideal weight depends on your body, wetsuit, water conditions, and individual buoyancy.
Too little makes diving harder — but more weight doesn’t mean better.
The goal is to find the right weight while staying safe. 🌊

Dry Training
Train on land. Perform better underwater.
.
Dry Training happens on land, but it can make a big difference underwater. 💙
Improve your breathing, body control, and prepare yourself before every dive.
Because freediving training doesn’t only happen in the water. 🌊
Train on land. Perform better underwater.
