THANK YOU to everyone who joined us for our volunteer event at Feed My Starving Children tonight! 💙 It was such a fun and meaningful way to come together as a community and help those in need.

Our amazing group packed 27,864 meals — enough to feed 76 children for an entire year! 🌍💪

So grateful for our incredible F45 family and the impact we can make together. 🙌

🎉HUGE MILESTONE ALERT!🎉

This week, we celebrated something BIG - @jayroc_2374 ‘s 1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣th class! 🙌 John has been a member since our grand opening day(!!!) and is the 4th member in our F45 community to hit this incredible milestone!

To know John is to love him - he works hard and jokes even harder. Our F45 community truly wouldn’t be the same without his big smile, abundant high fives, encouragement to push the weight, and great sense of humor.

John, we are so proud of you! Congratulations and cheers to YOU! 💪🏼💪🏼

We’re so proud of you! Here’s to the next thousand! 🙌❤️
