I made a BIG mistake yesterday when I posted about this.

I forgot to pull out a chair for you. 🪑

We don’t just want you to watch this conversation.

We want you IN it.

We want your insights. Your perspective. Your voice at the table.

Because the most important conversations aren’t the ones you observe — they’re the ones when you participate.

@monalisacroydon and I will still have the Facebook Live running so you can share with anyone who isn’t registered — but your seat at the table?

That can be reserved right now.

This world is filled with extraordinary women.

Women who lead quietly and women who lead loudly.

Women who build things from nothing.

Women who hold others up while figuring out how to hold themselves together.

Women who have so much to contribute— and so few spaces that are welcoming of their voice.

We see you.

And we are creating more tables for you.

Tables where the conversation goes deeper than small talk.

Where the questions are the ones you’ve been turning over in your mind for months.

Where the women across from you feel like the ones you’ve been waiting to meet.

That is what we are building.

One table at a time.

And our first table begins on March 31st.

✦ What does sustainable success actually look like for women in leadership?

✦ What do women need to hear — and say — that we rarely make space for?

✦ How do we create communities that actually hold each other up?

There were 7,500 REALTORS in Houston last week

And THREE geckos

Thank you @katrobinsonrealtor for opening your home and heart for all of us and sharing Jack’s geckos (whether we liked it or not)

*No geckos were harmed in the making of this reel. However, many many REALTORS were.

Gather round kids! Have I got a REALTOR story for you...

Picture it San Diego, November 2009. It was my first time attending our @nardotrealtor Inaugural Ball. I thought Ball meant dancing and was about to be very disappointed. AZ legend Vicki Cox Golder was being installed as President and I didn't have a dress. Between sessions I ran over to Macy's and got my dress that same day.

At the event I spy Michelle Lind speaking to Paula Serven - a leader I knew of but hadn't yet met. From across the room I see Paula's dress is the same color as mine. As I got closer I saw it was exactly the same as mine.

I say hi to Michelle (who misses no things) and to Paula I said: I am so happy to finally meet you and I have to tell you, your dress is simply stunning.

Paula said “Thank you!” After Michelle and I broke up laughing she really looked at me. Then she asked me when I bought it, informed me she had hers longer and that I needed to go change.

That was our friendship origin story and we would go on to lead AZ together will always have Paris.

But wait! There’s more. As the three of us are all busting up about this another woman walks up and says, “I have that same dress!”

Being me I ask - “But is YOUR name Paula too?”

And Paula Miller says, “Yes it is!”

Last week in DC I met Toni’s mentor, Paula. Swapping stories and she starts telling of meeting two Paulas wearing the same dress at an installation years ago…

Anyway - in conclusion Paulas are absolutely freaking magic and awesome.

What REALTOR work did I do in DC?

Kicked it off with 2 days of Strategic Planning for our REALTORS Relief Foundation. How could I possibly feel anything but extreme gratitude to get to do this work? When communities are facing the worst days after a disaster - be proud to know REALTORS will be there backing them up.

Next up was our almost all day Legal Action Committee Meeting which I had to leave early to go to another meeting. At one point I was supposed to be in three meetings at once - I made it into each but not for all of any.

I also had to slip out of our RRF BOD a little early to go meet with the best damn committee everrrr - our REALTOR Relief Foundation Ambassadors. OH MY GOODNESS I love this group so damn much!! I simply could not be more proud to Chair next year.

I even got to make a shiny new friend while serving on our Meeting and Conference Committee.

Listened to the thoughtful discussions at our NAR BOD meeting and best of all...

Super sweet moments for me - a chance to witness the election of and celebrate the success of an amazing leader and the kindest friend. Congratulations to all of us! Electing Colin is a HUGE win for our entire industry.

Grateful for all the staff who make it happen and all the volunteers who show up for our 1.45 million members.

What a bride, what a bride, what a mighty good bride 🫶🏽

Thank you @angietallant for inviting all of us into your family the day we met you and for letting all of us family come together and celebrate you and Lee. Watching Lee as his love for you and your family spilled out of his eyeballs musta made the whole damn room dusty cause everyone was wiping at their eyes after. Your ceremony was a testament of pure love, thank you for letting us bear witness.

Of course I found a Christmas tree on Seward Hwy on your wedding day 🥰

Also - we had a LOT A LOT of fun. 75,000 more pics and videos to come 🤣

Our Region XI Conference was one of the most thoroughly well thought through experiences I have ever had. RVP @307_devon and her incredibly hard working team put together a powerhouse event creating an amazing space for all of us to learn more and become better together. Ridiculously proud of my friend and of Region XI.

Last REALTOR event of the year! So happy to cheer on my sweet friend @sandrabranch00 as she was installed as our @goldenislesrealtors President

Love being home to spend time with my @signaturepropertiesgroupssi family and meeting their families 🥰

Listen - I go to a TON of installations and the cold hard truth of it is this:

I love installations. I love them because I love watching incredible humans step up to do work for others, I love taking the time to recognize and honor these individual's hard work and I love feeling inspired by all that can be done by dedicated staff and volunteers.

Dear Margo,

Thank you my amazing friend.

Your legacy has become an aspiration for so many of us. As we navigate this year without you we all find ourselves wondering, “What would Margo do”. Then we fumble through finding our best versions of your leadership and grace.

You were in every room I was in this year. Standing right next to @realtor.tracy.kasper every step she took, holding @gailmh hand as she installed your other daughter @oregonhomegirl, and absolutely delighting in every hug your daughter and granddaughter received from your REALTOR family.

We miss you. We talk about it and then many of us wipe our tears or smile through them and look to see what good can be done in your name.

Your goal this year was to help as many people as you could. So many of us are so very proud to #BeLikeMargo and took up your goal as our own.

Together, through Leftover Love, we have raised $12,500 for @nardotrealtor's REALTORS Relief Foundation in YOUR NAME!!

With our love for you leftover with no where to go, we made a difference in your name. I KNOW you are so proud of all of us. Mostly for coming together, especially this year.

Thank you for lighting the way so brightly for us all that we can continue to follow you even after you are gone.

I love you and I miss you my friend. Gonna take a lifetime to #BeLikeMargo but it’s going to be a great life.

(If you forgot to donate it’s not too late - Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, cash app me. I still have a few tees and keychains left.)
