Meet Phil Muscarella 🤝

Athlete. Coach. Husband. Father. Founding Anomaly Longevity Collective member 🫡

A two-time CrossFit Games team athlete (8th in 2024, 6th in 2025), former NCAA Division I soccer captain, and sports performance coach at Sports Academy, Phil knows what it takes to perform at an elite level.

But for Phil, performance has never been the end goal.

It’s about being able to do what he loves, with the people he loves, for as long as possible.

That’s what drew Phil to Anomaly.

Years of training, tracking, testing, and optimizing have produced an incredible amount of health data. Anomaly brings that information together, pairing it with personalized, physician-led guidance to create a more complete picture of his health.

Because training harder doesn’t always mean living healthier. And collecting more data doesn’t necessarily mean understanding your body better.

For Phil, longevity has a very personal meaning: being there for his kids, keeping up with them as they grow, and racing his daughter on her birthday every year for as long as he possibly can.

That’s the kind of why we’re building Anomaly around.

* 10 GHD Sit-Ups
* 5 Hang Power Clean & Jerks (135/95 lb)
* 50 Double Unders

💥 THE STIMULUS:

This one is all about midline endurance, barbell cycling, and keeping your heart rate under control.

🔥 GHD Sit-Ups: Stay smooth and consistent. Your core will start feeling the fatigue as the rounds stack up.

🏋️ Hang Power Clean & Jerks: Moderate-heavy barbell. Aim for 5 unbroken reps each round, but don’t sacrifice technique when fatigue kicks in.

⚡ Double Unders: Keep your shoulders relaxed, breathing steady, and minimize unnecessary breaks. This is where you can either maintain your pace or lose valuable seconds.

🎯 TARGET TIME: 10–15 minutes
⏱️ TIME CAP: 18 minutes

THE GOAL: Push the pace without redlining early. Keep your transitions tight, move efficiently, and make that final round your fastest!

Rocky Mae may not have ridden Kori in the leadline as planned but the time we got to spend together as a family will be some moments I’ll never forget. How lucky are we all to have found the perfect mom for Kori and remain in each others lives 🥹💕

I feel like I have so much to share on here!!! We found out we were pregnant pretty much at my second trimester. I was in complete shock when we found out we were pregnant- I was kind of scared to be honest. Loosing my job during motherhood is so scary and I wasn’t as prepared as I was with Rocky Mae. Phil’s excitement and joy really gave me the permission to surrender to the unknown and celebrate our little miracle baby. We were nowhere near my ovulation so this little girl really, really worked hard to be here and I can’t wait to meet her and see Rocky Mae step into her roll as big sis. This pregnancy has been different in many ways in the care of @meaghan_snider_ and I feel so safe. All of our appointments have been in our home and even after not hearing a heartbeat the first two sessions I still felt so held, connected and confident in our baby and this pregnancy. I was so relieved when we got the results that baby was healthy- I was expecting a lab report but instead we received a watercolored postcard with the kindest message and results of a healthy baby GIRL. We have since heard baby girls strong and steady heartbeat and next week we will get to see her for the first time at our anatomy scan. I feel so blessed to be continuing midwifery care and we plan on having another beautiful and sacred birth at home. Meaghan is so much more than a midwife- she is a therapist, a guide, an anchor, a true earth angel and we always are left feeling so calm and at peace when she leaves our home. Creating life and giving birth is such a supernatural experience and I hope however you choose to birth that you have someone like Meaghan to guide you, that you feel so much power, and so much peace, and can allow yourself permission to surrender and trust the divine design of your body and your baby 💕

Yesterday we celebrated our Rocky Mae turning 2 years old at her favorite place in the whole wide world @luckylittleriders with her trainers and our family and closest friends. We have been keeping little sister a secret for 4 1/2 months and decided it was time to announce to the world that our next pony kid is on the way 🐴💕 sisters loading 💕🐴
