I got better at pole by NOT chasing the hardest tricks 🤍

For the longest time, I was terrified of being upside down 😂

So instead of constantly chasing new tricks, I spent hours practicing long, simple combos with very few inverts - merci pole combo no inverts @amelieviot 🤭

And without even realizing it, I was building strength, endurance, control, fluidity, and most importantly, my own style.

Looking back, those simple combos taught me more than I ever expected.

Sometimes getting better isn’t about learning harder tricks. It’s about getting REALLY good at the basics.

Repetition is underrated. 🫶🏼

Thank you @polewithgal for this saying 🥰
