Life recently. 🌿

I think one of my greatest superpowers is that it really doesn’t take much to make me feel wildly alive.

Give me a hammock, a beach, good cup of tea, a fresh mango, the sound of the jungle waking up around me… a strange little grasshopper, a flower I’ve never seen before, warm rain, a fresh coconut, bare feet on the earth… and I am rich beyond measure.

Costa Rica always deepens this for me and is why I lead a yearly retreat here. Because sometimes we all need to slow down… that IS the medicine.

Life is happening in these tiny moments we so easily rush past. And the more we step outside the loops, routines and distractions of ordinary life, the more we remember how much there is to actually feel here.

To breathe.
To notice.
To wander.
To take the chance.
To let Pachamama interrupt the schedule.

You don’t have to travel across the world to find it, either. You just have to be willing to be where your feet are.

This life is so damn beautiful when we’re actually here for it. 🌿✨

Home now, still integrating all that was our Light Seekers Retreat in Costa Rica… and feeling so grateful for the life I get to live and the spaces I get to create for others to come alive in theirs.

We just finished the “Light Seekers Retreat” a yearly retreat organized by amazing beloved Kimi @ownyourohmhealth!

Our medicine sister led this group of brave inner travelers, to Costa Rica to sit with us in ceremony at @inner_flight_retreat

We are grateful for the magic we all experienced in the hands of the sacred medicine and the wisdom of the Shipibo wisdom.

It’s about time that I give this big update. As many of you know Bonnaroo got canceled due to flooding. It was going to be the biggest festival @hearringz has done. I was only able to have one day of sales. I invested a ton of money and time into my booth and having enough inventory for an 80k person festival. I took out loans and maxed out my credit card. I also hired people to work with me before hand to prep and make things. The cancellation was extremely devastating to me financially and emotionally. I spent lots of nights barely sleeping for months preparing for it.

We weren’t able to start loading out of Centeroo until Saturday afternoon because they were focused on getting patrons out first. By that time more storms started coming through and everything was flooded.
My brother and I had to load out everything in 4 inches of flood water in the rain. I wish I had stopped to take videos because it was insane 😅 They gave us a pile of wood chips in centeroo and me and my brother had to gather piles with our bare hands to make bridge paths to get everything out and into the Uhaul that was parked on the street. It was a for real nightmare.
My heart goes out to all the other vendors at Bonnaroo who are in a similar or maybe even harder situation. We really took the brunt of the flooding.

I’m so thankful for all of my friends and family who stepped up to help me the last month. Huge thank you to Molly and Tristan for helping me through everything before and after and just being the biggest support system for me. Also, shout out to Manny and Raven for endlessly supporting me when I need help. I’m so sad to be leaving them in Austin, but I know we will see each other on the road ❤️
Last but not least I’m especially grateful for my family. Thank you to my brother and his partner for getting a Uhaul to me to make load out easier. Biggest thank you to my dad for always being there and supporting me through everything.

My birthday/going away party was so wholesome 💜 I feel so blessed to have such an amazing family here in Tennessee, but my time here is over and I’m ready to spread my wings and make the big move. For those of you that don’t know I will be moving to Austin, Texas in December! Super excited for this move but I’m definitely going to miss all my friends and family here in Tennessee 😭

Also, I’m in New Jersey right now for Submersion! I’m vending my @hear.ringz in the @neurodotstudio booth! We’re right across from the art gallery, so come see me!!

Vending and performing was an absolute challenge, but I did it 💜
I work so hard, almost to the point of insanity some days 😅, but I’m doing what I love and I’m bringing my dreams to life everyday.

Thank you so much to @gabristewart and @bonnie_valentine for helping hold down the @hear.ringz booth I couldn’t have done it without y’all 🥰

As far as performing @fire.nymph @pyro.glyphics absolutely slayed coordinating and it was so inspiring to see every single performer we brought on give it their all and work so gracefully. Special shout-out to @dakotadioscuri for killing it with our hair I wish she could do my hair everyday 🥹

Last but not least thank you to @aj_powder and @lindseyspinz for assisting all of the performers and helping us keep things running smoothly ❤️

It truly takes a village to put on a production of this level and I feel so honored to work along side so many talented and dedicated people.
