Olive Harvesting in Folegandros – A Timeless Greek Tradition The olive tree has been part of Greek life for thousands of years. Since ancient times, it has symbolized peace, wisdom, prosperity, and the deep connection between people and their land. Here in Folegandros, olive harvesting is more than just gathering fruit. It is a tradition passed down through generations, a reminder of our roots and an important part of our cultural identity. Today, I’m taking you along to experience this beautiful autumn tradition, where history, nature, and everyday island life come together. Because Folegandros is much more than beautiful beaches and summer sunsets. It is also its people, its heritage, and the simple traditions that keep its authentic spirit alive. A little glimpse of the real Folegandros, beyond the tourist season. #Folegandros #OliveHarvest #GreekHeritage #AncientGreece #GreekTraditions IslandLife AuthenticGreece PolysGuidedTour

#Folegandros #OliveHarvest #GreekTraditions #IslandLife #DiscoverFolegandros PolysGuidedTour

Maine, USA — Through the eyes of a romantic soul 🍂 Υπάρχουν μέρη που είναι όμορφα από μόνα τους.
