First time in years failing lifts back-back-back… but also first time in years conditioning this much (and it’s not much)

Most importantly shoutout to my team for pushing me the past 2 months. Time to lock in and get back.

May everyone be so fortunate as to be surrounded by absolute forces of nature: four powerhouses that signed up to row for 24 hours without stopping…and then DID IT. So grateful to be in y’all’s corner, and to know that you’re literally never going to do anything this insane ever again in your life 🚣🏻

If there’s a fountain of youth hidden in strength training, it’s buried under a loaded barbell in the bottom of a perfectly executed back squat.

It’s risky. It demands precision.

It punishes ego.

But when done right, nothing builds more strength, more resilience, or more raw capability than this one lift.

It’s the closest thing we’ve got to a superpower.
