Squats coming back alive. This was my second attempt at my last comp in August of last year. That’s the last time I’ve squatted anything close to 500.

This has been a struggle but I’m glad with the way it’s going.

145 lbs (x2) Suat PR for @3vylifts .

From not knowing how to squat with any weight, to squatting over her body weight.

Evy has only been working out doing barbell lifts for 9 months. She started in the gym at 9 years old alongside her cousins.

I just didn’t allow her to do barbell lifts until a couple months ago.

Now she’s just super confident and moving some serious weight for an 11 year old.

More to come… we keep working over here @polynesianstrength

Though he doesn’t get the ball much @sateki_tongi makes sure he makes the reps he does get, count.

Going from one team all little league to another team has brought quite a bit of a challenge.

But teki hasn’t changed as far as his passion for the game. He’s brought that same passion, tradition and culture to this new team.

Became a leader and introduced culture and pride to this team.

Out of 50-55 plays a game, he only gets the ball on average, 2-3 carries. Something he’s not use to.

Getting more defensive reps than offense. And still makes it count.

Different play books and coaching, the same effort every play.

You live and you learn.

Corner Canyon 11U took down the Undefeated Farmington team this past Saturday! Great win & team work! @siua.tongi.jr told us that Farmington's #44 said "Your just a Instagram Football player" 😂 Siua responded "Okay BET HOKAAA" 💪🏽🔥🔥🫡😂
