A carb free meal can be delicious and easy. Today I served myself a tasty mushroom, spinach and tomato omelette for lunch. Sauté half an onion and chopped garlic in a little olive oil and butter. Add sliced mini bella mushrooms. Season with salt and crushed red peppers. Add the spinach. Mix well until the spinach wilts. Add a generous handful of cherry tomatoes and sliced green chilies. Cover and simmer until the mushrooms are cooked through.
Whisk an egg with a little milk, salt and pepper. Make an omelette and flip over when one side is cooked. Gently add the mushroom filling and fold over. Garnish with sliced green onions. Delectable! Enjoy ♥️

Comment “FOCACCIA” for the recipe 🫶🏼 A couple notes: 1.) You do need to start the night before so the dough has time to rise while you sleep 😌 2.) The key to making sure toppings actually stay sticking to the focaccia after baking is by chopping the toppings tiny - hence why I double cubed the spam to make them super small! 3.) #AD Football season calls for some good food! 🏈🔥

We’re pomping up game day with these loaded carne asada nachos! Marinated the steak with @pompeian Extra Virgin Olive Oil and my favorite seasonings, grilled it up, and topped everything off with fresh pico de gallo and all the fixings.

If you're doing any kind of grilling, smoking or outdoor cooking @kingsmeatandbbqsupplyco in Upland is where you want to go. They have the biggest selection of seasonings you're not going to find anywhere else. Along with all the barbecue supplies they sell prime cuts of beef and have specials all the time so keep an eye on their stories.

Grilled this steak with a @pompeian rub down and a liberal coating of @alfrugoni 's Churrasco Seasoning. I've been putting this stuff on everything.

I used two different types of lump charcoal on the @evenembers Santa Maria.
