This was an incredible experience!! My amazing friends and family showed up to support me at my first art gallery ever!! It was so fun spending a few hours taking in all the amazing art together. 🏓 Presenting Experience Chinatown 2026 mural: “Chinatown: A Window of Abundance” by Popil @popilart located at Pao Arts Center Back Deck at 99 Albany St, Boston. This year, the muralists responded to the prompt, “What makes Chinatown abundant?” 🏓

Popil shares, “This mural celebrates the abundance of Boston’s Chinatown through the people, traditions, food, architecture, craftsmanship, and everyday moments that define the neighborhood. Each symbol represents a living thread of cultural memory, honoring both the generations who built this community and those who continue to shape its future.”

Experience Chinatown is where you can discover a new take on Asian American Cultures. See, hear, create, and connect. Together, celebrate the rich cultural fabric of Boston Chinatown through free creative activities for all. #ExperienceChinatown

Live performances and activities: Saturday, September 26 from 11-3 PM (Rain date Sunday, 9/27). Murals on view now through October 18!

This month’s edition was inspired by a mural Popil made that was meddled after early 20th century Manchurian glass. It reminds her of western influence and migration during that time period. I can definitely see the Art Nouveau influence.

I was able to find some chill time tonight with arts & crafts from @off_blue_house by the awesome @popilart It was fun to put this together. I just need to get better at cutting the paper cleaner. ✌️😊🫰

Goodbye June and Hello July, and with that here is a collection of all of the crafts/crafty things i managed to fit in during the month :) i hope you guys like seeing them as much as i liked making them !

I got May’s mail from @ephemera.club and made my first ever snail mail journal spread ! i’m in love with all of the effort and care you can tell she puts into her work and she definitely got me addicted to snail mail clubs lol.

My monthly mail (the first half) from @popilart and i genuinely cannot get over how stunning this months collection of art is, i put the big sticker on my ipad just so i got to look at it all the time and i can’t wait to see this months theme!

I started a new journal this month and decided to make a little intro/starting page, i’m just warming up atp cause i had taken a small break from journaling but i think she’s awfully cutie

My about me page for my new journal, she’s a little messy but so am i so i think it’s fitting :)

this one is a frankensticker sheet i made for my friends who live in another state, i’ve decided to start sending them snail mail cause all of the lovely clubs i’ve joined have really inspired me, plus the @lovepipstick #pipsticksstickerscouts challenge happens to line right up with it so it’s perfect!

i recently got an ipad and have been playing around with the drawing apps, this is before i got procreate and was playing with adobe, i’ve been wanting a sticker of my keys for a “what’s in my bag” spread for so long and now i have one that i drew myself!! currently in the process of drawing my purse too hehe

My extra large spread from @junk.this.universe i decided just two pages worth of space wasn’t nearly enough for everything i wanted to do with all these amazing pieces i got from the literal perfect mail club theme for me as a person, so i made it a fold out spread and im genuinely in love with the results, i posted a video of the full thing on the next slide and honestly j couldn’t be happier with her so thank you so so much Emily for this lo

Love the passion that went into this edition. From the stickers with a hard to find clear backing, a beautiful large sticker and an amazing heat transfer to make your own shirt. I love story of Our Lady of Guadalupe as well. Now I want the Zine too!
