Got this awesome Variant cover of Betty and Veronica Fashion Pages, an exclusive by my friend @stevelikescomics who have a great knowledge and dedication for Archie comics. The artwork is done beutifully by #KarlHeitmuellerJr, its a homage of the Adventure Comics No.397 .. love seeing Betty and Veronica wearing the characters clothes and posing as Archie, Mrs.Grundy, Jughead etc..

I hope Steve would do more variants, he is a great comic collector with a good eye for details.

You can buy the comic from him directly, or from these account @riverbendcomics @popsgustav @toughguygoods

I feel like I channeled my inner @popsgustav today with some cardboard and some styrofoam letters. The bar I tend at mostly in the cellar of our restaurant needed a sign. Thanks for looking. I will post a picture of it hanging up when I get a chance. “SPEAK EASY, ALWAYS LOVE.” #float #jasonberlet #cellarbar #cheapsigns #imadethis

It felt metaphorical that the tv stopped to buffer 10 seconds to midnight this evening - my brain is still buffering from this week, let alone the whole year.

What originally felt to me like a pretty bland year, upon further reflection was actually a big one for all the emotional wins that I’ve had.

I embraced new friends. Re-strengthened relationships with old ones. Opened my jaded brain to feelings I haven’t felt for a while. Made myself vulnerable and shared that vulnerability with people I love.

I moved apartments (with the help of many friends). Sold artwork for the first time. I got BANGS.

Took a vacation. Enjoyed some alone time. Released myself from the pressure of my mind as much as I could. I tried.

Keep being honest with the ones you love. Share the feelings - the scary ones, the good ones, the sad ones. The ones who know you will understand. And keep going because everything won’t always be as bad as your mind might make it feel. There’s a community for everyone.

Had a great time at my buddy Karl's annual Jaws party. I made some tinned trout dip with roe.

Lots of themed foods this year that I should have taken photos of.
