Seasonal pastries by @populations.bakery

Made with Shipton Mill flour, stoneground white and Ølands from @gilchesters, and cultured butter from @theestatedairy. Each pastry is filled with Populations Bakery’s signature vanilla mix: Madagascan vanilla crème pâtissière with @zazouemporiumvanilla, whipped with crème fraîche from @nealsyarddairy, and finished with seasonal fruit compote that changes throughout the year.

A cross-laminated croissant filled with seasonal berry compote alongside the vanilla cream mix. On the counter every morning.

Peach Melba Danish 🍑

One of our weekend specials over the summer, with raspberry compote, vanilla cream, and fresh peaches and raspberries from Myatts Farm via @shrub.london

Pistachio & Raspberry Bear Claw 🐻

Filled with raspberry compote (or with cherry in the summer months) and pistachio frangipane made with ground, roasted whole pistachios from @foodandforest, who source organic nuts with a focus on soil health and biodiversity. Finished with pistachio crumbs.

On our counter every weekend from 9am.

The VOGUE Café pop-up is open TODAY until 5pm 👀

Fashion week, but make it coffee ☕️✨ We popped into the VOGUE Café and it’s such a cute little LFW moment.

If you’re in London today, add this to your Sunday plans… but be quick, it closes at 5pm! 🏃🏽‍♀️💨

Focaccia sandwiches made at the Corner.

Our wholewheat-rich focaccia is made with 100% organic stoneground flour by @populations.bakery. A blend of 30% wholegrain Cornovii wheat, milled from seven heritage wheats @thefoldgranary and 70% sifted organic wheat from @gilchesters.

Finished with @honest_toil extra virgin olive oil, sourced from small farms in Kyparissia, Greece. It brings moisture to the dough and helps give the focaccia its crisp, golden crust.

Baked daily on the mezzanine, then brought straight down to the kitchen, where our chefs make the focaccia sandwiches for lunch.

You can also pick up a large square from the bread shelf to take home, or enjoy a slice with your lunch from the counter.
