More than just a sport.
A place where kids grow stronger physically and mentally.

At Frota Academy Luzern, our kids program is built to develop:
• Confidence
• Focus
• Discipline
• Real self-defense skills

All inside a safe, structured and fun environment — where every child feels supported.

Our methodology is aligned with child development principles, with classes designed specifically for each age group.

And most importantly…
They don’t just train.
They belong.

Nothing beats the energy of a packed mat! 👊🥋

This past week we had the honor of hosting a very special seminar at Frota Academy Luzern, led by Prof. Tobias Marcon ( @tobiasmarcon )— 4th degree black belt, coach, and my brother.

It was a unique chance for our students to learn directly from his deep knowledge of the lasso guard, sharpen their technique, and share amazing moments on the mats together. 🥋🔥

Big thank you to everyone who joined and made the seminar such a memorable experience. Events like this remind us that Jiu-Jitsu is more than a sport — it’s about family, learning, and community.
