9 days out to Pro show 2! 👏

I’ll be in the 50, 40, and Open at the @npc_kybourbon_state . I worked my way up for years to get here, so I’m eager to get all the stage time!

Je n’étais pas certaine de venir… Puis j’ai décidé de venir pour voir mes amies ET pratiquer un self tanning!

Je suis très contente du résultat! Je vais prendre 1-2 jours de plus pour build le tan la prochaine fois car j’étais un peu pâle.

PS.: Je suis rendue à 57000 km de moto cet été.

Je vous laisse une vidéo de ma routine, quelques photos sur le stage et du encore une fois superbe make up puis un petit vidéo de vacuum/core. Mon prochain projet est de travailler mes winged scapulas!

I wasn’t sure if I was going to come… Then I decided to come to see my friends AND practice my self-tanning! 😅

I’m really happy with the result! Next time, I’ll take 1–2 extra days to build up the tan, because I was a bit too pale.

P.S. I’m now at 57,000 km on my motorcycle this summer. 🏍️

After being at my Pro debut 3️⃣ weeks ago and at the show yesterday for clients and trophy presenting, my passion for this has really picked up. The industry is on fire and there is a lot of opportunity for us Masters athletes!

Now we have 2026 Olympia results that I plan to study for Bikini and Fit Model. I do this to best guide others and myself in the process.

What fuels me is that we CAN continue to improve with time. The world tells us we should be fat, sick and tired as we age. Decline is inevitable. ❌

✅ I have chosen to flip the script!

I haven’t bought into that. I’m 50, almost 51, and almost 52 in these pictures. I study my craft and give it due diligence. I make my wellness a priority and I feel 18!

➡️ We CAN improve with time. It’s truly a mindset. I ❤️ that I have this process in this season of my life. It’s a good use of time and mental space, keeping me sharp and happy!

I’m patient and willing to learn. The industry shifts and we need to stay up with the trends.

Overall I enjoy the challenge and I’m here to be developed. That’s what makes this all so fun to me! 👏

My favorite look from last season to my third favorite look. It was cool to see how lean I got for my last show but I think I personally preferred a little bit of the fuller look from the front. Curious your thoughts?

1st in open (second show of the season), 4th in open (first show of the season), 15th (last show of the season and pregnant)

Bodybuilding is such a fun journey of finding your best. Best effort, mindset, resilience, and physique. Sometimes your best one day is enough to win and sometimes it’s not.

Which makes it even more important to love the process more than the placing because loving the process is going to make pushing for better even easier

Your core shouldn’t stop working the second you put your heels on 👠

TONIGHT we’re taking everything we work on with breathing, mobility and core control and applying it to posing.

We’ll start on the mat with a pre posing mobility + breathwork warm up, then I’ll teach you how I coach core conditioning coming out of an abdominal vacuum.

After taking some time away from social media to fully focus on prep, I’m back — and I’m coming back as an IFBB PRO! 🏆✨

I earned my IFBB Pro Card at the 2026 NPC North American Championships in Pittsburgh — a moment I will never forget.

Steph turned 40 this year and brought her best physique to the stage yet. She competed previously in her early 30s, but looking back at her last prep, there were a few things she wanted to do differently this time around.

Stress was high, recovery wasn’t being managed as closely as it could have been, and despite working extremely hard she felt like she hadn’t quite achieved the level of conditioning she was capable of.

So when we started working together, my answer wasn’t to make her do more, it was actually the opposite.

Before prep even started, I moved Steph to 4 training days per week, reduced her cardio, and put a cap on how much she was running.

Throughout prep, we treated recovery like part of the program & not an afterthought. Sleep was tracked meticulously, water intake was consistent, training volume was adjusted according to what she could actually recover from, rather than automatically assuming more work = better results.

Only later, when her stress levels and recovery allowed for it, did we move her up to a 5x per week training split.

And this was the result: Her best conditioning to date 6 years after her previous show, and a Master’s 35+ Overall win 🏆

But the part I’m probably most proud of is Steph has told me herself that out of every bodybuilding prep she’s done, this was the smoothest one yet.

Sometimes the thing standing between you and your best physique isn’t that you aren’t doing enough, it’s actually that you’re doing too much to recover from.

Steph executed everything I asked of her, communicated with me, trusted the process even when the answer was “do less,” and ultimately walked away with the Masters 35+ Overall win.

Could not be prouder of this one 🫶🏼

What an absolute blessing to take this IFBB Pro stage today! These ladies are ALL winners to get here, the best of the best.

This is the first time this division has been at this show and the Lord blessed me to be the first Fit Model to cross that stage. It was a rush!

Our presentations are supposed to be succinct and I have kept it timely, but also without too much hurry either. The walk, the initial step into the front pose, the transitions, the timing of the holds, and the sign off are all very methodical. The amount of practice this takes is 5x weekly for me year round.

God has given me the gift of flow so that I can teach it to others. What a honor this moment was! ❤️

1) removing a few grains of rice until at the proper amount of grams on scale

2) refusing to change food tracking app because all your go tos are saved already

3) the careful wiggle to pull up or down suit bottoms (can’t let anything hurt the @toxicangelzbikinis )

4) redoing a set because you lost track and refuse to leave any stone unturned

5) parking far away to get more steps in

6) forgetting where you parked bc prep brain

7) saying no to an apple and then someone says “but it’s healthy”

8) that creamy post show coffee

9) taking 33 screenshots of the same video doing posing practice to make sure your front and back pose is the same every time (hi @posingbya miss u)

11) fidgeting with the new vein in your arm

13) explaining to your family why you need to wait in line for feedback before you can go to dinner

14) checking email compulsively to see If coach has new plan to you yet

15) risking eating the 6 day old chicken and rice because after all these years surely you have an iron stomach

16) looking angrily at the completely loaded barbell after doing hip thrusts knowing you now have to take all the weights off and put them away

17) using a hair dryer on your heels (hey @theshoefairy_ you’re the best)

18) freezing meals in snack baggies for travel

19) looking at menu ahead of time to see how you can eat out with loved ones and stay on plan

20) skipping the hike because you can’t get injured before your show but then going and doing a million Bulgarian split squats

21) doing the squeezed hands, rocking and moving back and forth, and deep breathing while standing naked in front of a fan in a cold room surrounded by others and covered in goosebumps waiting for someone to tell you you’re dry and can go

22) hearing “refeed and rest the next 3 days and let’s see how you look” and feeling absolutely rejuvenated and ready to take on the world when it’s time to push again

23) actually being hungrier after a refeed

Couldn’t be prouder of the package @leatherbarrow_fitness brought to the stage today.

This prep was about bringing a completely different version of her to the stage and we did exactly that. The difference from where we started to what she brought today speaks for itself.
