Tomorrow, March 31st, we’re gathering in community to honor Transgender Day of Visibility with a
gentle 15-minute trauma-informed yoga practice, offered right here on our Instagram! 🏳️‍⚧️

This space is an invitation to pause, breathe, and honor the strength and lived experiences of trans and nonbinary community members. As with all Exhale to Inhale offerings, this practice is rooted in choice and care, and you are welcome to participate in whatever way feels most supportive to you.

Mark your calendar and join us live at 6:30pm ET here on our IG page to practice alongside our community. We’ll see you soon. 💜

Yoga and mindfulness teacher @positivelyallison first joined the Exhale to Inhale's Young Professional Network in 2018 before becoming a teacher for our organization in 2020.

Now, Allison is one of a handful of teachers hosting our free Exhale to Inhale public classes every Wednesday.

“I personally find trauma-informed yoga to be such a valuable tool for healing as it offers us options in how we choose to move our bodies,” shares Allison.

“We are not asked to move exactly one way or like the person on the mat next to us. We can show up with how we are feeling on a specific day and move accordingly to empower and nourish ourselves.”

Our public classes are free to sign up and no previous experience is necessary. To join Allison and our other ETI teacher’s for an upcoming class, reserve your free spot in our bio above!
