People of Print — Opening Night

What a beautiful evening celebrating the opening of People of Print!

Thank you to everyone who joined us, shared the evening with us, and helped bring this exhibition to life. Most of all, we are deeply grateful to all of the participating artists for sharing their incredible work, ideas, and unique perspectives with us.

Every artist brought something different to the exhibition, and together, these voices create a vibrant conversation around printmaking, image, process, and the many ways we leave a trace.

It was wonderful to see the gallery filled with artists, friends, art lovers, and new faces coming together. Every participating artist was truly a shining star of the opening.

A very special thank you to @a_kills for our fourth collaboration. As always, it is such a pleasure to work together and to bring another wonderful exhibition to life. We are incredibly grateful for your trust, vision, and continued collaboration.

And a special thank you to @polvo.eres, @brielle.stein and @rachael_buffett for bringing People of Print together and for creating such a thoughtful and engaging exhibition.

“Ashell” - made in a one week super intensive class with @marybrodbeckstudio, enlightening us in the centuries old japanese, Mokuhanga (wood print), printing technique at Ox Bow in Michigan.
Walked away with a complete edition of 22 prints, all 9in x 12in except for the handmade paper, gifted and traded by Mars @possum.ink and Dylan @dylan.barry.art- Dylan did the starsss!!! :)
The print consists of 3 different blocks, two with 2 colors. The ink applied is watercolor/guache with a rice binder called Nori, which we hand pressed to print.
Completed July 3rd 2026.

Crowdsurfing during Bloodywood's set at Sonic Temple changed me as a person.

Also got thrown around in the girlpit at Bloodywood, was in a goofy row-pit and a normal pit at Alestorm, got to be at the rail for DragonForce and cried my eyes out the whole set and have never head-banged so hard than during Dethklok.

And I didn't even get sunburnt. ✨
