Wow… 💕🦋

That’s about the most I have to say right now, as still reflecting and processing today’s Re-Nourish Retreat…

But wanted to quickly pop on here and share a little snippet and say how proud of myself and Tara I am and what we achieved with our first retreat.

And from the feedback so far everyone achieved what we set out for… which was some calmness in their busy days as mothers!

I look forward to planning the next one… Who’s keen??

Are you wondering why you feel so depleted and disconnected from yourself…even beyond the obvious demands of motherhood?

You’re not broken.
You’re not doing it wrong.
You’re just carrying so much, often without the space, support, or nourishment you truly need.

This is why I’m so passionate about creating spaces where mothers can pause, breathe, and gently come back to themselves.

And I’m so excited to be offering exactly that this Sunday at our Re-Nourish Retreat… a beautiful collaboration with the lovely Tara, who brings her wisdom in postpartum nutrition and nurturing.

✨ We have a few places left…
So if your soul has been whispering for some space this might be your sign.

Comment or DM me “RETREAT” or head to the link in bio to claim your space.
You deserve this time, Mumma.
