Recovery is just as important as the workout.

That’s why I’ve been loving Last Rep, zero sugar, zero alcohol, only 6 calories, plus electrolytes, ashwagandha, CBG, THC, and L-theanine to help me unwind and recover after training.

Use code CARLA to save 💰

Big shoutout to my unpaid actors for helping me bring this video to life!

The Sims: Gym Edition 🎮🏋🏽‍♀️

Daily objectives:
☑️ Wake up before sunrise
☑️ Lift heavy things
☑️ Laugh way too much
☑️ Solve life’s problems between sets
☑️ Accidentally spend hours at the gym

The fitness journey is a lot more fun when you find people who make the hard days easier and the good days even better.

5 a.m. crew forever. 💛

Update: I didn’t quit lifting. I’ve been putting most of my lifts on my other account. @power_up34

Get back in the gym.

@tampa_strong_room was a massive win for the Legacy fam—gold, silver, bronze, PRs, new friends, and even better stories. This is what it’s all about. Huge thanks to every member, coach, judge, spotter, loader, and volunteer who made it happen… your effort builds this community, and we see you. We’re so proud everyone!

The best community in the game—hands down. 😤 Our members spent their entire Saturday transforming Legacy into a whole new space to train. Week 1 in the new setup… how are we feeling?!

Thank you to everyone who rolled up their sleeves and helped make this place better for all of us. You didn’t just clean—you built something. 🖤🤍❤️

Intrusive thoughts: pick up heavy stone. Reality: you’re about to get hands-on with the biggest balls in the gym. 🪨 Grand relaunch starts at 9am on Sunday (6/1), stone loading demo with @hosmolinski at 10. Wear something you can cry in, respectfully 🫡

🌴we’re at the park🌴

I’ll keep posting fitness related content here, but @power_up34 is where I’ll post powerlifting exclusively.
Just wanted to give people close to me a heads up. 🙌🏾
