Closed out a long and restorative weekend this morning with an intense Yoga session at Fitness Factory—the perfect way to loosen tired muscles, reset the mind, and bring balance back to the body before a new week begins.

Looking back, it was a weekend that began with purpose on Workers' Day and evolved into a meaningful investment in both physical and mental wellbeing.

On Saturday, I started the day with a refreshing 3km Walking session along the waterfront at Eko Atlantic—fresh air, open space, and time to think.

Friday was all about strength at the gym—targeting legs and core, before finishing with Pull-ups and Hanging Leg Raises that truly tested endurance and control.

And on Thursday, I challenged myself with a 1km Swimming session in my home pool—68 laps in 32 minutes, a reminder that consistency compounds.

In between the workouts, there was also time for quiet reflection, meditation, and gratitude. Sometimes the best preparation for the week ahead is not just working harder—but becoming more centred.

Mind. Body. Focus. Ready for the week ahead.
