What an incredible experience at the Suntory Cup 2026! 🥃✨

A huge thank you to everyone who made this event so special — the organisers, judges, bartenders, friends, and the incredible hospitality community that came together to celebrate our craft.

Events like the Suntory Cup are about so much more than competition. They bring people together, encourage us to experiment, exchange ideas, learn from one another and continue pushing Australian cocktail culture and hospitality forward.

It was inspiring to be surrounded by so many talented and passionate people from across the industry — sharing creativity, knowledge, techniques and, of course, some exceptional drinks.

A massive congratulations to all the winners and finalists! 🏆🥂

We’re incredibly proud that Fantome was part of this experience, representing Geelong on the national stage with 桃扇 — Momo Ōgi (Peach Fan). 🪭🍑

Here’s to creativity, friendship, community, and an Australian hospitality industry that keeps evolving and getting stronger.

Until the next one. 🥃

🗺️ A journey through legacy.

From Richard Hennessy’s journey from Ireland to Cognac, to my own connection with South Australia.

The map led to 1765, unlocking a treasure chest filled with the final chapter — a cocktail connecting Hennessy VSOP, Hugh Hamilton Muscat & Adelaide Hills verjus.

The real treasure?

Community, craftsmanship and the legacy we leave behind. 🥃✨
South Australia, this one was for you. ❤️
