Do you guys collect books way over than you can read in a given amount of time are you normal? I’ve collected a few books over the past few months which I haven’t been able to read, but slowly getting into these one at a time, actually, three at a time😅 I’ve started The Unbearable Lightness Of Being by Milan Kundera which I’ve heard only positive things about, Eleven Minutes by Paulo Coelho, I’ve only read two by him which I loved, The Alchemist and The Spy, and the fourth in the series Before Your Coffee Gets Cold, Before You Say Goodbye by Toshikazu Kawaguchi. Have you read any of these or looking forward to? Happy Reading!!!!

It's been long since I did #whatthisweek Here's a little reading update & some plans for the week. What am I reading? : I've started Metamorphosis by Franz Kafka, next I'll be reading A Good Girl's Guide To Murder by Holly Jackson, in anticipation of the series that's up 😍 What am I watching? : I'm currently watching That 90s Show on Netflix. Probably would pick some period drama after this. Any suggestions are most welcome! What am I listening to? : Lately I'm only listening to Taylor Swift on repeat (cause' why not!!!!) What am I looking forward to? : I'm mostly looking forward to starting my first job as well as reading more whenever I get time. Also meaning to visit some cute cafes & bookstores in the city. Hope you're having a lovely weekend & have some amazing things for the week ahead. Happy Reading 📖

Hello Booksta fam! What have you guys been reading lately? I haven't been able to read much and been in and out of reading for the past few months. I've just started Wings Of Fire by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam and Arun Tiwari, and resumed the third volume of Great Expectations by Charles Dickens(I'm having mixed feelings about this one). And it always feels refreshing to be back to this lovely space. Sharing some excerpts from the previous few months. Happy Reading!!!!

#qotd Different mythology of different continents is something interesting...? . Rating 4 🌟🌟🌟🌟 . Review: The epic novel from Marlon James, Drawing from African history and mythology and his own rich imagination , comes together to explore what happens when a mercenary is hired to find a missing child. Author has written a novel as a saga of breathtaking adventure that's also an ambitious, involving read. Defying categorization and full of unforgettable characters, Black Leopard, Red Wolf explores the fundamentals of truth, the limitations of power, and our need to understand them both Tracker is known far and wide for his skills as a hunter: "He has a nose," people say. Engaged to track down a mysterious boy who disappeared three years earlier, Tracker breaks his own rule of always working alone when he finds himself part of a group that comes together to search for the boy. The band is a hodgepodge, full of unusual characters with secrets of their own, including a shape-shifting man-animal known as Leopard. The squad’s a sort of psychologically damaged, drug-addled, sex-obsessed who are more in it for the money and murder than they are the altruism As Tracker follows the boy's scent--from one ancient city to another; into dense forests and across deep rivers--he and the band ogre, giants , shape shifters are set upon by creatures intent on destroying them. This is a world in which children are butchered and their body parts sold to witches, where murder is the surest form of currency, and violent lust often takes center stage. Even when it was at its most challenging, I was inquisitive ,intrigued, interested, and hesitant to put it down. The climax rocket towards a blood-soaked conclusion and when I came upon the last page I was wondering that more of this world wasn’t waiting for me. . #readwithusbookclub #readwithus A debut mythology book . #blackleopardredwolf #blackleopard #redwolf #mythology #fiction #historical #spider #warfront #violence #shapeshifter
