Happy birthday to my mum, my best friend, my biggest inspiration and the person I hope to be half as amazing as one day🤍

Growing up, everyone always called me your shadow because wherever you went, I went too. We were always together, and even now I’ve moved out, nothing’s changed. I still want to spend every spare minute with you, tell you everything, and do absolutely everything together.

I honestly don’t think you realise how much I look up to you. Watching you build such an incredible business from scratch, creating a salon that is so loved and respected, is just one of the many reasons I am so proud of you. But what makes you truly special has nothing to do with what you’ve achieved. It’s the person you are. Everyone who meets you instantly sees what I’ve been lucky enough to see my whole life, the kindest, most beautiful person, inside and out. You have the biggest heart, would do anything for anyone, and love every person and animal in your life with everything you have.

You’ve faced things in life that would have broken so many people, yet you’ve always found a way to keep going, put all of us first and make sure everyone around you is okay, even when things haven’t been easy for you. The strength, resilience and love you have shown throughout your life is something I will admire forever. I hope one day I can be half the woman, mum and person that you are.

You’re the person I aspire to be, the person I turn to for absolutely everything, and the person who makes life feel a little bit easier just by being in it. From the best Sunday roasts and lasagne in the world, to your unconditional love, your huge heart and your ability to make everyone feel special, you really are one of a kind🥹

I will never stop being proud of you, looking up to you, or being your little shadow. Thank you for being my safe place, my biggest cheerleader, my best friend and my forever role model.

I love you more than words will ever explain. Here’s to another year of making memories, laughing until we cry and spending as much time together as humanly possible. Happy birthday to my favourite person in the whole world🤍🍷✨

Did you know stimulating acupuncture points on your feet can alleviate certain headaches?

In TCM, acupuncturists use channel theory to treat headaches this way. We identify which channels are involved and stimulate relevant points to help draw the rising energy down from the head (the most yang part of our bodies).

If you suffer with headaches, you can give yourself acupressure by massaging these points. Drop me a DM, and I’ll guide you on which points to try! ✅👏🏻

✨Dermaplaning✨

A refined treatment for smoother, brighter, more radiant skin.

Gently exfoliating the surface of the skin while removing fine facial hair, dermaplaning helps to:
