Comment “Grocery” for meal prep meals 💪🏼

Healthy doesn’t have to be suck.
Give this recipe a try ⬇️

Mediterranean Chicken, Crispy Fries & homemade Tzatziki.

Chicken marinade
-Few 100g of chicken breast or thighs.
-2 tbsp Greek yogurt
-1 tbsp olive oil
-1/2lemon
-2–3 garlic cloves
-Few dashes of oregano
-1 tsp paprika
-Fresh parsley and dill
-Salt & peppeh

Marinate 15+ mins. Best grilled.. I don’t have a grill 🤷🏻‍♂️

Crispy fries
-However much of potatoes you want
-Dashes of garlic salt
-Dashes of oregano
-Olive oil spray.

-Cut into fries, soak in ice water for 15–30 mins, dry well, this helps with getting that crispy texture.
Air fry at 200°C for 20–30 mins.

Tzatziki
3/4 cup Greek yogurt
-Finely diced cucumber
-1–2 garlic cloves
-1/2 tbsp olive oil
-Juice of 1 lemon
-Fresh dill and mint
-Salt & peppeh

Mix everything together and serve with the chicken and fries. 👌

All men must have a quest.

Something worth waking up for. Something that demands more of him than comfort ever will.

Three men. Sitting at the same table on a Thursday, putting in work while the world carries on with its distractions.

“A man without a quest drifts. A man with a quest has direction. And when you surround yourself with men on their own missions, you realize you were never meant to build alone”

Here’s what to do and not to do on standing calve raises.

If you want to grow, you gotta trained them like you train your chest 4 times a week..

Helpful?

First time jumping into the Open Bodybuilding class 👀

Classic Physique is still the main focus, but figured why not have some fun with it and get to hit all the poses for once

More posing, more stage time, more fun. 2.5 weeks out 😎

Weekly Update: We got better this week.

Weight: 211.4

Training: 4 days

Macros: 240p 300c 67f

Cardio: 4x 20

Call a spade a spade, I’m fluffy.

On the bright side, I trained 4 times pretty hard for the first time in 16 weeks so that was a good thing.

This week was full of chaos between the gyms, clients, family, and stupid people being themselves. Luckily, @herford_rise and I live for solving problems that shouldn’t be problems and love re-work….🫠.

Things are good though. My kids are healthy, my business family is good, and we haven’t used any bail money in a long time. I’d say that’s growth 😎.

The most used phrase of the week “you can’t give what you don’t have.”

This applies to every aspect of life. You can’t give love, happiness, joy, direction, discipline, leadership, faith, or standards if you don’t process them. I said it to almost everyone I talked to this week which shows yiy the kind of week it was.

Back to the physique….

Plan is to recomp, rebound, grow, then see what I look like around 192 🤮.

Until next week, Jesus loves you. 🤟😎💪

Also, Pray with us don’t play with us. 🙏. He knows our hearts but will also forgive when the FO in FAFO gets delivered .

Appreciation post for the coolest coach in the world!!!!!

I can’t say enough about my brotha @pretty_boyzac. You’re truly a stand-up guy, amazing coach, incredible mentor and above all you’ve become one of my closest friends. You treat everyone you meet like family, with so much respect and kindness. You’ve given me more than just dope stage packages and more than a few laughs, you’ve shown me a blueprint to being a top-tier coach and given me another family within bodybuilding. So Thank you and my big sister @lindseyaeth. Cheers to many many more years of doing cool shit in horrible Airbnbs. #PB4L #StayPretty

P.S….bro I might frame that shake up 😂😂😂

P.S.S…. There’s an anatomy chart in this slide show somewhere 😂😂😂

Grateful for every season and every lesson learnt along the way

First season in the books with @pretty_boyzac and all I can say is thank you. We had such incredible success this year, grew so much in such a short time and blew every single package I’ve ever brought out of the water

To find a coach that really listens, explains the why, gives life advice and just genuinely has my back no matter the situation is all I could ever ask for

Although we did not finish the picture perfect way, I am so proud of myself for all I did this year

This was one of the smoothest yet busiest preps I’ve done. The most present I’ve been with my friends, the most I’ve felt like I’ve had a life outside of bodybuilding. I never wanted bodybuilding to be my entire life, instead just a piece of the picture and that’s exactly what it was

Between traveling, going to multiple concerts, moving, and continuing to build the girl I am I have learnt so much about myself

I truly have changed this prep, I fell in love with bodybuilding, and honestly, my favorite part of it all is lifting. I love to train and cannot wait to pull things back up to speed again and train like the animal I am.

Ive learnt so many lessons about the people I want to have around me, and how I change who I am to fit the mold of people who do not have my best interest, and who I become around those people. I’ve learnt to speak my mind, I’m way more blunt, and no longer care about all the filler stuff that ends up being so irrelevant in the grand scheme of things.

I’ve left people in the past that don’t have the same vision as I do, who secretly wanted me to fail, and just picked up my life and moved forward as if it was never a part.

A placing does not define who I am, like it might’ve in the past. Instead it’s just data, what my coach and I can change and do better for the next time we set foot on stage

Judges feedback was to just put on size and change my suit to a brighter color (moment of silence for the black suit, may she rest in peace 🪦) overall my package was amazing, but I ultimately need to grow

With each season that passes, more knowledge and data is collected

Growth on another level… 😈🤠
