Look ma — no hands.

This morning, 7 to 10:30, I was mostly just talking about AI and the power grid. Here's what got done while I did that:

Our Europe tour page got rebuilt and launched in English and French. Paris moved to Nov 8–9, day tickets €295/€495/€695. Three new checkout links built and test-bought — receipts REC10018, 19, 20 — and Bancontact verified working over there.

Our Antwerp partner got her 20% referral link, posted in the group at 8:06 and verified on every ticket option. Our AI agent Sunny got retrained on the new tour and passed her tests in English and French.

Ads: 5 copy versions and 3 graphics drafted, $350 budget proposed. Not launched — the check caught that the page can't track a sale yet. Fix first, spend second.

Outreach ran for 4 companies. Baby fence: 7 builder emails sent, 8th queued. Glowout: 10 high-rises researched, zero sent — couldn't verify the decision-makers. PCC: 12 contractor emails written, zero sent, still in review. VHX: scouted every half hour, nothing matched, nothing posted.

A scan went through 44 furniture listings and sent Jenn the best 8. Including a 1959 Blaupunkt console for $75.

Upper East Side Thoughts ☕

Stop asking which jobs AI is going to kill.

What if AI made every person at your company more valuable instead?

Here's what I'd do. And listen — this isn't about interrogating people about their jobs. Nobody's building a case to fire you. It's the opposite.

You build an AI that gets to know your people. What do they think of the company? How would they make it better? What do they actually want out of life? Not their job description — them.

Because these people are like family. And if you've got this insane leverage sitting in front of you, why wouldn't you use it to help everyone win the way they want to win? Some people want to climb. Some people want to coach Little League. Both are fine. Let's figure out how to make both work.

And here's the part nobody's talking about: it doesn't stop. People's lives change. Bill's going through a divorce — he's not going to be locked in for a while. But Bill gave you five great years. You don't fire Bill. You adapt around him, and the AI helps you see it coming instead of finding out in some meeting where nobody tells the truth.

That's the layer. That's what this stuff is actually for.

BEYOND THE GLOW 🤎 I invited @jenndieas_ from @glowoutsalons all the way from the US to Antwerp to share her knowledge, techniques, and passion with a group of fellow spray tan artists.

We came together to learn about contouring, but we left with so much more.

We shared tips, experiences, stories, lots of laughs, and probably learned just as much from each other as we did from the masterclass itself.

I’ve always believed that knowledge is meant to be shared, not kept to yourself. There’s room for all of us, and we’re so much better when we support each other instead of seeing each other as competition.

And honestly, seeing everyone connect was my favorite part of the day.

To every artist who joined us: THANK YOU for making this day so special. 🤎

And Jenn, that was fun, wasn’t it? I think we should do it again. What do you say?

Nothing changes if nothing changes. 🤍

A little behind the scenes from Belgium with @sprayspecs, @glowoutsalons + @prettycreativecompany.

We trained, tested equipment, talked shop, met artists, made content, and somehow turned a room full of people from different places into something that felt really connected.

And getting to introduce more people to @sprayspecs made it even more fun.

Taking a trip shouldn’t just mean doing your job from somewhere prettier. 🤍

While I was in Wales, @muse was handling payroll, scheduling, follow-ups, outreach and team messaging. After 20 years of building businesses, having room to breathe without a mountain of catch-up waiting for me is a pretty big deal.

This is why we build systems at @prettycreativecompany. I love what I do. I also wanted to enjoy Europe while I was actually there.
